No Stress Amazing Trip
Courteney was a dream to deal with – from recommendations, willingness to alter plans as our situation changed, responsiveness to queries and comprehensive planning and communication. We travelled to Northern Italy and Croatia; everything happened just as Courteney planned. This was the first time I have used an agent. Courtney we will be talking soon about 2026. Short Notice Reunion Trip
Courteney organised a two week reunion trip to Europe for us and our family with 4 weeks notice. Even with last-minute changes happening on the day prior to departure all the connections, accommodation and organised events worked smoothly and efficiently. Accommodation recommended was well located and priced for what we required. All barriers were overcome prior to departure and all travellers returned home with gained experiences, renewed and new friendships thanks to Courteney’s persistence and experience.

Trips that run like clockwork
This is my second comprehensive overseas trip with Courteney. Canada and Alaska last year, South Korea and Japan this year. Courteney is the best there is. She works with you throughout your planning to ensure the perfect trip and she covers off on every moving part; planes, trains, ships, transfers, tours, events, tickets, insurance etc. She is conscious of your budget, has chosen excellent suppliers, and is fabulous at taking what you want to see and do and turning it into reality in a cohesive and detailed plan. Just brilliant responsiveness and flexibility, including great back up on your trip. Could not recommend Travel by Courteney highly enough.Â

Portugal, Morocco & Spain – 2025
What an amazing holiday Courteney created and arranged for the 4 of us. Not one thing went wrong with our flight’s accommodation or airport transfers.  Such a stress-free holiday and would thoroughly recommend Courteney’s services. She just knows her clients so well and ensures that nothing is left to chance. We will be looking to book more holidays via Courteney!

Making Memories

2025 Family holiday with Disney Cruise
From the first mention of a family (grand parents children & grandchildren) holiday with Courtney a variety of options within our requirements were offered for us to choose from. One of the best trips yet!
This Japan trip was without a doubt one of our best travel experiences ever, Courteney made everything so easy to navigate and made brilliant recommendations across activities, locations and hotels. We had a seamless trip, and saw incredible sights of Mt Fuji, had a wonderful time at Disney, enjoyed incredible meals, animal experiences and accommodation that was affordable, clean and had amazing service. Courteney was responsive to questions, changes and requests and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Travel to Japan – May – June 2024
Recently my husband and I went on an amazing holiday to Japan which we booked with Courteney at Arivo. Â What a great experience, there was no stone unturned and all details were so well explained. Â Courteney was genuinely excited for us to visit this beautiful destination for our first time and we could not have asked for better service. Â Our trip involved a 19 day walking / train holiday and we chose to add a few days either end of the trip to explore parts of Japan ourselves. Â With these additional days Courteney ensured that all options were explored and gave us so much information without making it overwhelming! Â Being Boomers her attention to details was appreciated and nothing was too much trouble. Â We would not hesitate to book again with Courteney from Arivo in Semaphore. The BEST travel agent I’ve ever worked with!
For years, i have worked with travel agents and I must say WOW! Courteney is something else, she organised our entire family trip to Europe – 3 different families / 3 different itineraries and everything went absolutely amazing. The amount of detail she went into advising us of things to do, organising dinners and giving us some great places to check out was absolutely something i have never experienced before. Our entire family will absolutely continue to use Courteney she deserves much more than 5 stars thank you so much!Â

Courteney and the team at Arivo have been ‘at our fingertips’ sinnce we started planning our trip to Europe. Â No question too hard and the service is personalised. Â Could not be happier with the everything so far. Â Highly recommended
