Exceptional Service!
Jon is an amazing travel agent. Every trip he has booked for us has been exceptionally planned and prepared. Our latest trip involved 6 weeks in Europe, a river cruise, 2 tours, 2 international flights with connections, a domestic flight and 2 international flights within Europe, plus accommodation and transfers. Everything ran smoothly! Thanks Jon! Jon’s eye for detail is second to none. He remembers specific details regarding our preferences, including seat preferences and dietary requirements. He gets it right every single time! Thanks again, Jon. Noticed and appreciated! Jon communicates efficiently, in a timely fashion. He makes changes we request promptly and provides excellent information. He is always happy to accommodate and goes over and beyond to ensure our trip is smooth – and it always has been! He communicates information from airlines, tour operators etc. promptly and he answers our questions quickly. I would never use any other travel agent!

Always Above and Beyond – Highly Recommended !
We have booked our flight tickets from Jon for over 15 years.  Jon is  professional, knowledgeable and caring travel agent.  He loves feedbacks (good or bad) and remembered little things like our seats and diet preferences.  We feel confident and stress free booking through Jon. During our last trip to NZ.  I wasn’t aware I needed an NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority) until Jon told me so.  This had saved me from stuck at the airport without a proper entry’s document. Jon’s services are not limited to ticket booking. Short Japan Trip
Jon was very helpful with organising our short trip to Japan, regardless of how many questions I asked he was very professional and quick to respond to emails and organising our travel insurance. It made all the preparations go much smoother, thanks Jon for all your help. We will go through you for our next holiday.

When it comes to professionalism and service I should like to commend Jon Simmons for going over and above in his handling of my travel arrangements and when my circumstances changed unexpectedly he again went over and above to get me the best outcome possible in the situation whilst showing kindness and compassion.I can only say that I hold him in the highest regard and would never entrust anyone else with my travel arrangementsHe is indeed a credit to the industry.
