Michelle organised a 3-week trip to USA for myself to join my friend Marilyn. We visited Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans – which were all fantastic. Michelle’s eye for detail was excellent, all our hotel’s were right in the thick of downtown and every excursion was fun and “bucket list-able”. Michelle had pre-empted every aspect of our trip. Deluxe bus from Nashville to Memphis was awesome – endless offers of food and drink from the on-board steward (!!!!) and scenic train from Memphis to New Orleans (again including F&B). Michelle was available for assistance every step of the way and we felt completely looked after in every regard. I would highly recommend Michelle, her professionalism and enthusiasm were exemplary. 2025 Eastern Europe Trip
We were put on to Michelle through word-of-mouth (always the best way). We hadn’t been to Europe in years so needed help planning our 6-week trip with many stops. We only needed to give her our must-sees, and she mapped it out entirely in a matter of days, suggesting changes to save us time and money. Something that would’ve taken us weeks if not months! The best bit is the booking of all the ‘little’ things you don’t think of until it’s too late, e.g., particular seats on planes, airport transfers, car rentals that drop off at the airport rather than in town, accommodation close to the sights and that incorporate our personal preferences. No question is too hard or easy. The true meaning of personalised service. We have since recommended Michelle to others who have engaged her. Highly rated, will use again!

Takes the Hassle Out of Planning!
Michelle was recommended to me by a friend in anticipation of a trip to Europe. We really wanted to take the hassle and stress out of navigating the multitude of options that Europe presents – and that’s exactly what Michelle did!!!! We gave her a baseline of our ideal trip, where we wanted to go and what our budget was, and Michelle took care of the rest! All our accommodations are in the heart of the places we are travelling to, and the app where everything for our trip is kept is so easy to navigate and use! I had tried several travel agents who were “half hearted” with their attitude to assisting us with our forthcoming travel plans. Fast and efficient service
Michelle was very quickly able to prepare an Itinerary for my desired trip to Southern USA in 2025. She was mindful of getting the best prices on the flights – as Qantas had a sale on, closing in just a few days. Our trip to the USA was amazing

Michelle is a fabulous asset to the travel business. She has a wonderful capacity to listen to her clients needs, and goes above and beyond to try to satisfy all demands – and I can be demanding!! I stumbled across Michelle many years ago when completing an online enquiry for a cruise.
