Different sources have given different figures for the movie’s opening day collections, with Sacnilk reporting a day collection of Rs 1.07 crores respectively for the first two days and Rs 0.60 crores for the day of Tuesday. The initial prediction suggested that the movie might have netted Rs 0.60 crores on the sixth day. All things considered, the box office in India for Jatadhara now stands at Rs 5.14 crores. Jatadhara along with the ongoing competition and a crowded release week has managed to pull in a decent audience. Besides, the film’s climax is indeed emotionally touching for the viewers, especially the Shiva Tandava scene performed by Sudheer Babu and the heartwarming story behind it. The film is very popular in South India.
