Bollywood actor Sunny Deol is currently deeply concerned about his father Dharmendra’s health. Meanwhile, on Thursday, Sunny’s anger erupted at the media. When the media was present outside his Juhu home, Sunny stepped out and walked a short distance before returning. With folded hands, he said to the media, “You have a family, parents, and kids at home, and you are clicking videos like c******”. Aren’t you ashamed”. He then angrily glared at the media and left. His family and the public have expressed displeasure over some media outlets’ reporting on Dharmendra’s health.

Dharmendra’s false death report

Some established media outlets even ran false reports claiming Dharmendra had passed away, even though he was receiving treatment and recovering in the hospital. Because the news came from prominent and credible media outlets, numerous film stars and political figures paid tribute to Dharmendra. This included renowned lyricist Javed Akhtar, who worked with Dharmendra in the film Sholay. Afterwards, the family denied these untrue allegations and a number of media sources took down their posts and tweets, causing a lot of confusion. Social media platforms’ users and celebrities alike were very vocal about their disapproval of such rough coverage and asked the press to act with care.

Hema Malini about Dharmendra’s health condition

Earlier on Tuesday, actress Hema Malini expressed her anger on social media, writing, “What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy.”

Dharmendra’s daughter, Esha Deol, also posted on Instagram that her father is now stable and recovering slowly. She wrote, “The media seems to be in overdrive and spreading false news. My father is stable & recovering. We request everyone to give our family privacy. Thank you for the prayers for papas speedy recovery. Esha Deol.”

Regarding Dharmendra’s health, the family said that he is recovering at home under the supervision of doctors, and all the fans are requested not to pay attention to the rumours and wait for the correct information.
