We are now through 13 weeks of the fantasy football season. Fantasy managers should always be looking to improve their rosters. With that in mind, here are a handful of players to explore trades for, either to buy low on undervalued players or sell high on overvalued ones.

Top Trade Targets To Buy in Your League: Josh Jacobs, RB, Green Bay Packers
The phenomenally reliable Josh Jacobs has hit a rare two-game slump in fantasy, albeit mainly due to an injury. The Green Bay Packers star injured his knee in the team’s Week 11 win over the New York Giants, missed Week 12, and had a fairly modest game on Thanksgiving Day.
Jacobs totaled 83 yards on 17 carries in the divisional win, but now has zero touchdowns in his last two games. Injury or not, Jacobs has gone missing at a crucial time for owners, and you may be able to capitalize on any panic this week. Jacobs is a fantasy star, and faces the Chicago Bears (5.2 yards allowed per carry – third-worst) twice in the next three weeks.
Michael Pittman, WR, Indianapolis Colts
Michael Pittman has been a revelation this season, but has had the occasional down week along the way. Week 13 was Pittman’s third game of the year with four or fewer PPR points, and his second in three games.
Outside of those three weeks, though, the Indianapolis Colts receiver has totalled double-digit points every game, including four weeks of 20 or more. Pittman remains the primary receiver on the top-ranked team in PFSN’s Offense Impact metric.
Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins
Jaylen Waddle is another player who has stepped up this year, after registering double-digit PPR points just three times in 2024. Despite the improvement, though, the explosive receiver still has the potential to disappoint, and is coming off two consecutive fantasy finishes outside the top 40 receivers.
The Miami Dolphins face the New York Jets in Week 14, before matchups with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fantasy playoffs. All three of those teams entered Week 13 ranked in the bottom six in passing yards allowed per game this season, and Waddle should be able to feast when it matters most.
Jauan Jennings, WR, San Francisco 49ers
Jauan Jennings has tallied four touchdowns over his last five games and just put up double-digit fantasy points against an elite Cleveland Browns defense in the rain. However, for those desperately needing a win to sneak into the fantasy playoffs, Jennings will be completely useless in Week 14, as he is on bye.
If you’re already guaranteed a playoff spot, you should be looking to leverage that position in trades with desperate teams, with four teams on bye this coming week. Jennings remains Brock Purdy’s favorite wide receiver and could be a star in the playoffs.
Ricky Pearsall, WR, San Francisco 49ers
If not Jennings, Ricky Pearsall is a far more attainable target this week. In his three games back from injury, the second-year receiver has totaled a combined 7.2 PPR points. If he isn’t cut this week, he is worth reaching out for.
Pearsall is a talented receiver with a bye week to get things ironed out. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see him emerge in a big way down the stretch.
George Kittle, TE, San Francisco 49ers
Again, George Kittle isn’t a player who would ordinarily be available for a trade, but he’s no good on your team if you’ve been eliminated by the time he next suits up. For those looking to add talent, either at tight end or flex, Kittle is a must-target in the right situation.
Darren Waller, TE, Miami Dolphins
In three healthy games before his injury in Week 7, Darren Waller totaled 10 catches on 12 targets for 117 yards and four touchdowns. It’ll be that touchdown upside that makes him a valuable fantasy asset moving forward.
On his return from IR on Sunday, Waller caught two of three targets for 47 yards against the New Orleans Saints. His end-zone target didn’t materialize into a score in Week 13, but his immediate utilization in that area of the field was a delayed continuation of an ongoing theme.
Top Trade Targets To Sell in Your League: Derrick Henry, RB, Baltimore Ravens
I pushed Derrick Henry as a buy-low in this article three weeks ago. Since then, the Baltimore Ravens bruiser has averaged 20.13 PPR points per game and, as of Sunday night, is the RB5 over that stretch.
That being said, the future Hall of Famer has totalled just 124 rushing yards in his last two games, as the Ravens’ offense has struggled to get going. Henry remains an elite talent, and the colder weather suits his power-running style; however, Baltimore’s offense is hard to trust at the moment.
Henry faces the New England Patriots in Week 16, before a trip to the Packers in the fantasy championship round. Henry has only two top-five weekly finishes this season, but you should still be able to get middling RB1 value for him this week.
D’Andre Swift, RB, Chicago Bears
With only Monday Night Football to be played at the time of writing, one player who is almost guaranteed a top-five finish in Week 13 is D’Andre Swift. The Bears running back has performed well in Ben Johnson’s offense this season, but even he would have been surprised by his explosion against the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday.
Swift tallied 125 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries, his third-most rushes of the season. Unfortunately, the Bears face the Packers twice in the next three weeks, with a game against the Browns sandwiched between.
Both the Packers and the Browns are allowing fewer than four rushing yards per attempt this season, and Swift is now being out-carried by Kyle Monangai.
Kimani Vidal, RB, Los Angeles Chargers
This one is more obvious, but you may be able to move Kimani Vidal in home or work leagues if you move quickly. The impending return of rookie running back Omarion Hampton won’t be lost on more savvy fantasy managers, though, and for good reason.
In his final healthy game before his injury, Hampton had worked his way up to an 88.9% snap share and tallied 128 yards and a touchdown against the New York Giants. The rookie won’t immediately monopolize touches, but Vidal’s fantasy value is about to crater.
It may not be possible, but try to capitalize on his 20.7 fantasy points in a trade this week.
Christian Watson, WR, Green Bay Packers
It’s incredible to think that Christian Watson, who tore his ACL less than a year ago, has been Green Bay’s savior in the midst of a wave of injuries to its pass catchers. Tucker Kraft, Jayden Reed, and Matthew Golden have all missed significant time, and even the team’s more peripheral receivers have suffered injuries at different moments.
Watson was targeted a career-high 10 times against the Detroit Lions in Week 13 and caught four of them for 80 yards and a touchdown. The fourth-year receiver will continue to be a weekly deep-ball and end-zone threat, but the cavalry is on its way.
Both Reed and Golden are set to return in the coming weeks, and the Packers will get back to spreading the ball more evenly around a depth chart full of receiving talent.
