As teams approach the conclusion of the NFL regular season, it feels like a great time to gauge where offenses around the league rank. Some franchises are gearing up for a playoff push following Week 18, while others prepare for the 2026 NFL Draft.
PFSN’s Offense Impact rankings draw from a wide range of data, including efficiency, scoring, turnover rates, situational success, and EPA metrics. Each team is assigned a numerical score that corresponds to a letter grade, with the rankings listed in order.
1) Los Angeles Rams
Offensive Impact Score: 93.7
Grade: A+
Led by MVP favorite Matthew Stafford, the Rams are the only NFL offense through 17 weeks with a PFSN Offensive Impact score over 90, currently sitting at 93.7.
With Davante Adams totalling 14 touchdowns, while Puka Nacua has already racked up over 1,500 yards, there has yet to be a secondary that gives the duo a bad day as they continue to be the battery for Los Angeles alongside Stafford.
2) Indianapolis Colts
Offensive Impact Score: 88
Grade: B+
This may come as a surprise, considering the Colts have been without Daniel Jones since his Week 14 injury against Jacksonville. Still, with Philip Rivers in the mix, their offense has not been as lackluster as anticipated.
While Indianapolis has seen a string of losses recently, it has still managed to put multiple scores on the board offensively.
3) Buffalo Bills
Offensive Impact Score: 86.5
Grade: B
In a wide-open AFC conference, the Buffalo Bills, led by reigning MVP Josh Allen, are looking to finally get over the playoff hump and hopefully into the Super Bowl.
With a 64.3% redzone touchdown rate and an average of six yards per play, slowing down Buffalo is going to be a challenge for whoever is put in front of them come January.
4) Dallas Cowboys
Offensive Impact Score: 85.6
Grade: B
The only team with a negative record in the top five of the NFL Offense Impact rankings, the Dallas Cowboys have actually been one of the best teams in the league if you strip away their inability to capitalize near the goal line.
With an air-raid style offense, Dallas ranks No. 1 in passes completed and pass yards; however, their touchdown rate in the red zone is where the offense takes a dip, sitting at only 57.4%.
5) San Francisco 49ers
Offensive Impact Score: 84.8
Grade: B
For an offense that has had to deploy multiple pass catchers and two quarterbacks this season, the San Francisco 49ers have proven to be one of the top offenses, coming as no surprise with offensive guru Kyle Shanahan still at the helm.
Christian McCaffrey has been the catalyst of this offense, with the veteran running back only 151 receiving yards away from his second 1000 rush-1000 receiving yard season. He also leads the team in both categories.
6) Green Bay Packers
Offensive Impact Score: 82.8
Grade: B-
Behind the surge of Jordan Love’s electric third season as the Packers starter, Green Bay is on the cusp of another hopeful playoff run in a loaded NFC conference. A significant success of the Packers’ offense this season has been its ability to limit turnovers (11) and convert on third- and fourth-down situations.
Green Bay ranks No.1 in the NFL at converting on third/fourth down with 51.4% per PFSN, while Jordan Love ranks second in the NFL with a 73.2 QBR.
7) New England Patriots
Offensive Impact Score: 82.6
Grade: B-
Josh McDaniels’ offense is back to its old form, just now featuring a new cast of young faces like Drake Maye, TreVeyon Henderson, and Hunter Henry. Seated at the No. 2 seed in the AFC conference, New England will look to close out their division these next two weeks as it prepares for a playoff push.
As it stands, Drake Maye ranks No. 1 with a 73.4 QBR, while also ranking in the top five in yards (3,947) and touchdowns (25). Henderson averages 5.2 yards per carry, which ranks fifth in the NFL. Meanwhile, Hunter Henry has been a safety net for this offense.
8) Seattle Seahawks
Offensive Impact Score: 81.3
Grade: B-
Home of the league’s leader in receiving yards, Jaxson Smith-Njigba, it’s not astonishing to find the Seattle offense in the top ten impact rankings, the same as their division rival, the Los Angeles Rams, and the San Francisco 49ers.
Since adding Sam Darnold this season, the Seahawks offense has seen a considerable boost in production, as the team is also in contention for a playoff push in the NFC.
9) Detroit Lions
Offensive Impact Score: 82.4
Grade: B-
Despite ranking in the top ten, Detroit has seen a dip in offensive production following its No. 1 ranking in 2024. As they will now miss the playoffs following their recent loss to Minnesota, the Lions will have some serious soul-searching for a potential new offensive coordinator or even head coach.
10) Chicago Bears
Offensive Impact Score: 78.5
Grade: C+
Ben Johnson is a mastermind when it comes to offense, as he has the Bears ranked in the top ten in offensive impact in his first year as a head coach. While several wins have come from behind, that just goes to show how much poise and clutch this offense has, even when its back is against the wall.
With Chicago now in the hunt for the No. 1 seed in the NFC Conference, Caleb Williams and the Bears’ offense will look to continue their string of solid play.
11) Washington Commanders
Offensive Impact Score: 76.8
Grade: C
Even with their QB1 and QB2 sidelined, the Commanders’ offense has found ways to thrive, especially near the red zone, where they rank sixth in touchdown percentage at 64.3%.
12) Kansas City Chiefs
Offensive Impact Score: 78.4
Grade: C+
They might not make the playoffs, but even without Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs have found ways to get by, albeit at a cost, including the addition of Gardner Minshew in the process. Now with QB3 Chris Oladokun at the helm, KC will just hope to coast into a potential top ten pick to help boost the team for next year’s season without Patrick Mahomes.
13) Denver Broncos
Offensive Impact Score: 77.2
Grade: C+
In Bo Nix’s second season, Denver finds itself atop the AFC West with one of the best passing attacks in the NFL. They sit third in passes completed (374) and sixth in passing yards (3,683), but will need to see improvement in the run game if they want to make a deep playoff run.
14) Philadelphia Eagles
Offensive Impact Score: 77
Grade: C
The reigning Super Bowl champions have shown flashes of a top-tier offense, but at the same time, they have also displayed an offense that may not be ready to repeat in a loaded NFC conference. Saving their season is the ability to score at will once inside the goal line, ranking No. 1 in touchdown percentage at 71.8%.
15) Pittsburgh Steelers
Offensive Impact Score: 76.9
Grade: C
What more can you say about Aaron Rodgers? Pulling the Steelers from the cellar of offensive impact to a potential shot at the playoffs this season, Rodgers has rejuvenated this offense to his full extent.
16) Atlanta Falcons
Offensive Impact Score: 76.7
Grade: C
Atlanta will be looking forward to 2026 and the return of Michael Penix Jr., whom they have not had since his injury in mid-November. Bijan Robinson has been the primary focus of the offense this season as he ranks fifth in the NFL with 1,250 rush yards.
17) Jacksonville Jaguars
Offensive Impact Score: 76
Grade: C
A late-season resurgence from Jacksonville has the offense gradually rising in the impact rankings. Led by Trevor Lawrence, the Jaguars will need to be on their A-game as they gear up for a potential playoff push.
18) Miami Dolphins
Offensive Impact Score: 74.8
Grade: C
A shocker for a team that was considered to have one of the fastest offenses in the league at one point, injuries derailed the Dolphins this season, and as they look ahead to 2026, a makeover may be necessary on offense.
19) Cincinnati Bengals
Offensive Impact Score: 73.9
Grade: C
Since Joe Burrow returned, Cincinnati’s offense is back into the swing of things as their air attack proves to still be elite between the combination of Burrow and his two receivers, Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
20) Arizona Cardinals
Offensive Impact Score: 72.7
Grade: C-
Arizona is another team that will be looking for a new gunslinger next season in hopes of a revitalization following a dull offensive output in a NFC West division that has some of the best defensive minds in the NFL.
21) Los Angeles Chargers
Offensive Impact Score: 71.7
Grade: C-
Staying on a somewhat familiar course as a mid-tier offense, the Los Angeles Chargers will have their work cut out for themselves in the AFC playoff picture, as they are one of the only teams in the playoffs with an offense that ranks this low.
22) Carolina Panthers
Offensive Impact Score: 71.1
Grade: C-
Beating the “bust” allegations, Bryce Young has seen a rejuvenation this season thanks to the addition of rookie WR1 Tetairoa McMillan. Both Rico Dowdle and Chuba Hubbard continue to put in their fair share of work at the running back position, although next season, there may only be room for one to lead the pack.
23) Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Offensive Impact Score: 70.5
Grade: C-
Tampa Bay began the season red-hot as they had one of the best air attacks in the league, but when injuries began to hit veteran wideouts and running backs, even rookie sensation Emeka Egbuka’s efforts could not keep the Buccaneers afloat.
24) Baltimore Ravens
Offensive Impact Score: 70.2
Grade: C-
No team has taken more of a hit in offensive impact than the Ravens over the last two seasons of play. Going from a top ten offense in both years to scratching for a spot in the high 20s could be as bad as it gets when you have a two-time MVP at quarterback. Among all 32 NFL teams, Baltimore ranks 30th when it comes to red zone touchdown percentage.
25) Houston Texans
Offensive Impact Score: 70.1
Grade: C-
Until the Texans invest in their offensive line, this team will continue to struggle with a low-level offense that will occasionally show flashes due to the talented duo of CJ Stroud and Nico Collins. However, until Stroud receives the necessary protection, Houston will remain on the outside looking in when it comes to top offensive production.
26) New York Giants
Offensive Impact Score: 68.6
Grade: D+
After giving Jaxson Dart the keys, the Giants saw an immediate jolt in their offense despite only landing two wins in 2025. With Malik Nabers returning to the fray next season, perhaps the Giants can find another key piece in the NFL draft to further improve their team for the 2026 campaign.
27) New Orleans Saints
Offensive Impact Score: 67.7
Grade: D+
The Saints are another team that has just suffered from poor quarterback play, although they may have found their answer as Tyler Shough continues to get reps under his belt and develops a connection with Saints WR1 Chris Olave.
28) Minnesota Vikings
Offensive Impact Score: 65.2
Grade: D
It really is a shame knowing one of the league’s best wide receivers, Justin Jefferson, has had to deal with such a dull offense this season, as the Vikings prepared for JJ McCarthy’s emergence. With injuries to not only McCarthy but to the offensive line and running back room as well, it is no shock that the Vikings rank so low to cap off the 2025 season.
29) New York Jets
Offensive Impact Score: 60.6
Grade: D-
New York took a huge step backward following a decent offensive output last season, which ranked #19 for PFSN Offensive Impact. Still, injuries and subpar quarterback play have hindered the Jets’ progress through 17 weeks, and they will now look ahead to the 2026 NFL Draft.
30) Las Vegas Raiders
Offensive Impact Score: 58.8
Grade: F
To keep it short and sweet, the Raiders are in dire need of a new quarterback. Geno Smith has likely seen his last NFL offense this season and will, unfortunately, be leaving on a sour note, as Las Vegas finds itself at the bottom of the NFL Offense Impact rankings.
31) Tennessee Titans
Offensive Impact Score: 58.2
Grade: F
The Titans are going through growing pains as rookie quarterback Cam Ward has struggled through 17 weeks of football, although it is not entirely his fault. The weapons and offensive line need significant improvement this offseason, and a top ten pick in the NFL Draft can undoubtedly help fill one of those gaps.
32) Cleveland Browns
Offensive Impact Score: 52.9
Grade: F
To no one’s surprise, the Cleveland Browns come in dead last for offensive impact, but perhaps better days are ahead as they look towards the 2026 NFL Draft. Cleveland is set to have a top-five pick next year, and if the team builds around Shedeur Sanders, they may be able to have a turnaround next season.
