MUSEXPO, known as ‘The United Nations of Music’ is returning to Burbank, California from March 22-25, 2026. The event promises four days of industry insight, collaboration, and creative exchange for music professionals across the globe.

This year marks more than 25 years of MUSEXPO bringing together professionals from across the global music landscape. The 2026 edition aims to spotlight the trends and technologies that are shaping the next decade of music. Hosted at the scenic Castaway venue, MUSEXPO 2026 combines its hallmark intimacy with a robust program featuring summits, panels, and networking events across A&R, sync, streaming, live performance, publishing, and digital innovation.
The event is independently produced by A&R Worldwide and continues to serve as the key meeting point for music professionals from every corner of the business. A highlight of this year’s program is a rare behind-the-scenes session with the Netflix music creative team, curated by Amy Dunning (VP Music, Netflix) and Alex Patsavas (Music Creative + Production / Original Series, Netflix). The panel is titled “Netflix Music: Meet the Team Shaping the Sound for Storytelling Success,” and will gather six of Netflix’s top music executives to discuss how music shapes storytelling on a global scale.
From original scores to iconic song placements, this panel will explore how this team drives creativity, innovation, and cultural impact across six continents. Considered a must-attend session for music supervisors, composers, creatives, managers, labels, music publishers, and industry professionals—this panel is important for those eager to understand music’s evolving role in shaping audience experiences at scale.

This year’s prestigious International Music Industry Awards—presented in association with Visit Burbank and the City of Burbank—will honor Kirk M. Sommer, Senior Partner & Global Co-Head of Music at WME with the ‘International Music Person of the Year’ award. Kim Frankiewicz, Executive VP, Worldwide A&R at Concord Music Publishing will receive the Seymour Stein “Global A&R Award,” while Reynold D’Silva, Founder & CEO of Silva Screen Group, will be recognized with the “Lifetime Achievement Award.” A&R Worldwide will also present its annual “International Music Industry Awards” gala dinner at the conclusion of MUSEXPO at a private event, whereas, Netflix’s Amy Dunning will be celebrated as the “Global Media Executive of the Year.”
Tommas Arnby, Founder, Locomotion Music Group & CEO, Special Projects (worldwide manager of Yungblud) will be recognized as “Global Artist Manager.” Grammy & Golden Globe-Nominated Songwriter, Producer & Activist, Justin Tranter (who has worked with Chappell Roan, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Imagine Dragons and many more) will be presented the “Global Songwriter Award.”
Jeffrey Remedios, President & Chief Executive Officer, REPUBLIC Collective is the recipient of the “Global Music Executive Award.” One of the world’s most influential music supervisors – Dave Jordan, Founder & CEO, Format Entertainment (Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man, Avengers, Black Panther, and Transformers, A Star Is Born, Pitch Perfect and more) will receive the “Global Music Supervisor Award.
In addition, Position Music and its President & Founder, Tyler Bacon will garner the “Global Music Publisher Award,” and Arnold Peter, Founder & Managing Partner, Peter Law Group will be bestowed with the “Global Music & Entertainment Attorney Award.” The gala dinner event is a separate ticketed event for MUSEXPO attendees – subject to availability.

In addition to these honors, MUSEXPO 2026 will feature the Global Sync Summit and A&R Summit, both designed to explore how artist discovery and development, creative, licensing, and partnership opportunities continue to evolve in a fast-changing marketplace.
Another focal point for industry insiders will be “All About India,” a spotlight showcase with executives and companies driving one of the world’s fastest-growing music sectors—including Chain Reactor Music, Malsons Media, Tarsame Mittal, Sponco, TM Ventures, Times Music Group, and others. MUSEXPO will also feature an exclusive all-team panels with the FOX Sports Music Team and Format Entertainment—the company behind the music supervision and soundtracks for many of the Marvel films & TV Shows.
