The National League South outright title winner odds have been revealed for the 2025/26 season now that fixtures are out.
Preparations for the division’s 24 teams are now in full swing with pre-season friendlies are well underway, new shirts being revealed and new signings being brought in.
Relegated from the National League – Dagenham & Redbridge, Maidenhead United, Ebbsfleet United
Promoted from the Isthmian League Premier Division – Horsham, Dover Athletic
Promoted from the Southern League Premier Division South – AFC Totton
Promoted to the National League – Truro City, Boreham Wood
Relegated to the Isthmian League Premier Division – St. Albans City, Welling United, Aveley
Relegated to the Southern League Premier Division South – Weymouth
The 2025–26 National League season, known as the Enterprise National League for sponsorship reasons, is the 11th season under the title of the National League, the 22nd season consisting of three divisions, and the 46th season overall.
2022/23 saw the expansion of North and South divisions to 24 teams apiece, a planned increase which was originally scheduled in 2019. However, after the curtailment and voidance of the 2020–21 season for both North and South, promotion and relegation were postponed. For those reasons, the implementation of expansion plans was delayed.

Is National League South TOO Hard This Year🤔
Hampton & Richmond Chairman had some fiery words about Dagenham & Redbridge’s signing of Andy Carroll👀
Are his comments fair or is this the reality of football?

Here’s what fans are saying amid the National League South outright title winner odds being revealed for 2025/26…
@DarranPearce: Totton won’t be anywhere near the relegation zone. They have money should have won the league last season and will be easily the best of the promoted teams in that league
@MattLawrence7: Fancy Hornchurch, Eastbourne and Totten to finish higher. I think Hornchurch are flying under the radar. Literally anyones league, NLS looks tougher than ever.
David Vick: Chesham have recruited well during the summer and look to have a stronger squad than last season, so I would certainly hope that we can finish above the likes of Slough and Salisbury. A good target to aim at would be the highest part-time club.
Cam Bentley:
Predictions
1. Torquay
2. Ebbsfleet
3. Dorking (playoffs)
4. Chelmsford
5. Dagenham
6. Maidenhead
7. Hornchurch
8. Worthing
9. Maidstone
10. Eastbourne
11. Farnborough
12. Hemel
13. Weston
14. Slough
15. Salisbury
16. Chesham
17. Bath
18. Totton
19. Horsham
20. Enfield
21. Chippenham
22. Dover
23. Hampton
24. Tonbridge
Martin Wenham: As a Slough fan I would be happy with 14th but I do think we could finish a couple more places higher. Reason being our away performances weren’t the best last season and I just believe we will do better away this season. What is certain though it’s going be a great season and look forward to watching some great football and meeting some nice fans.
Tony Kinchlea: Farnborough my dark horse
Chris Hart: Horsham FC to stay up
Stuart Leonard: I think Totton will surprise a lot of teams this season and will end up in the top half.
Nicky Shaw: Think Maidstone will be top 6 definitely
Harry Wakefield: Weston defo pushing for promotion
Stewart Murphy:
My top 6
Dagenham
Torquay
Dorking
Worthing
Chelmsford
Eastbourne
Mark Bithell: I don’t like them but I think Chelmsford will win the league, if the manager gets the signings to gel quickly, he’s recruited well and will be tough to beat. Torquay to win the playoffs I think
Nick Levy: Potential very long season for us at Hampton… 2nd season in succession with an almost entirely different squad, mostly made up of players from leagues below and injury prone ones from the league above. Anything other than relegation will be a success but really we’re just relieved to be rid of our previous owners.
Kye Sheridan: Maidstone fan here, I think we will get to the play offs, hopefully we win them but it’s a bit early to say if we’ll be champions or in the play offs
Gareth Williams: It’s got to be Torquay United automatically promoted this time…
Harry Witcomb: Dagenham and Dortking to go up. Horsham, Tonbridge Angels, Totton and Enfield Borough to go down. Dover, Hampton & Richmond Borough and Slough Town to survive
Glen Riley: Toughest league yet? Very difficult to not only choose who’d win it but the top 7 as there’s genuinely around 15 teams who could make it. I’ll wait until the season starts to make predictions.
Steve Morgan: Enfield Town second half of last season wasn’t far off play off level. Gav has learned lot. Town are staying up!!! 💪💪💪
Stuart Leonard: Totton could be a good bet to sneak into the playoffs. Will accept midtable consolidation this year and push on again next year.
Martin Morgan: Enfield Town unlikely to be relegated as last season our club were on play-off form after our NYD defeat at St Albans City. Hemel Hempstead will be strong as they’ve made good signings already. Weston-super-Mare will be in the mix too if they keep Louis Britton!
