My golf irons are about 3 years old and I’m sure the grooves could use a thorough cleaning which I don’t do. I’m sure most of us use a brush or wet towel to clean off our clubs but I’m sure with a thorough cleaning it can only help my game, and I found a great tool for doing just that.

I started off using the ADAK 2-in-1 Groove Club Cleaner and Sharpener with my old wedge to get a feel for how it works. I wanted to make sure I didn’t mess anything up, so I went slow and took my time, going in the direction of the groove of the club face. It took about 2 minutes to get thoroughly through each groove slowly and not pushing too hard into each groove. The result was a fresh, clean and like new golf wedge. I then did my full set of irons and wedges and wow; I could immediately notice on my wedges some extra stop and check.
Bottom line, the ADAK 2-in-1 Groove Club Cleaner and Sharpener is an excellent tool. It is very sturdy and gets your golf grooves clean and back to their original condition. I wouldn’t suggest using it to sharpen your grooves daily as it should last weeks or months depending on how often you golf, however, to get your irons really clean it does an excellent job.
