How to watch 3M on Thursday
The birdies were not hard to come by on the opening day at TPC Twin Cities, where pros are playing the second-to-last PGA Tour event before the FedEx Cup Playoffs begin.
And Canadian pro Adam Svensson pulled off some kind of Hail Mary. Beginning the tournament at 170th in the FedEx Cup standings, Svensson fired an incredible 11-under 60 to take the lead. Two players are tied for second with a crowded leaderboard beneath them.
Should he hold on to win, Svensson is expected to rocket all the way to 70th in the FedEx Cup standings.
Adam Svensson interview after Round 1 at 3M Open
After setting the course record with an 11-under 60 in the opening round of the 2025 3M Open, Adam Svensson discusses setting a new mark at TPC Twin Cities, putting well, having a really good driving range session before his round and talks about his 2025 season.
And the action continues on Friday in Minnesota.
