Signing up for the Business Booker program only takes a few minutes. This is what you need to do:
1. Visit the Business Booker website
Visit the Premier Inn Business Booker website.
A login pop-up will appear:
Click the ‘Register for a Business Booker account here’ link
2. Register your ‘company’
This bit is easy. Fill in name, email address and contact number.
Three tips:
- The email address must be legit as you will be prompted to verify your account by email. Apple users can make use of the excellent ‘Hide My Email’ feature.
- You can use any email address, even if it is not ‘business’ related. Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail and iCloud all work. Just make sure you can receive email at the address specified.
- The phone number is irrelevant so you can fill in anything that looks vaguely valid.
3. Enter a name and address for your ‘company’
Next, you must enter a name and address for your ‘company’.
You can use any address so long as it is valid. Enter your home address or any other of your choosing. You won’t receive any mail and no further checks are carried out, so the address doesn’t matter too much.
Get creative with your ‘company name’. There’s no official verification to confirm your company even exists.
Click Create account
And that’s it, job done.
4. Confirm your email address
A confirmation email will be sent to the address you specified. This may take a few minutes to arrive.
Once you receive it, click the link and your account set-up is complete.
5. Log into the Business Booker website and enjoy your Premier Inn discount
Log into the Premier Inn Business Booker website and search for a room at the hotel of your choice.
Note that the Premier Inn discount only applies to the ‘Business Flex’ rate – equivalent to the standard ‘Flex’ rate offered to tourists and private travellers.

Perhaps more importantly, a Business Flex booking can be cancelled up until 1pm of the day of arrival. So if a good bargain at another hotel chain turns up, you can cancel your Premier Inn booking without charge.
