Ben Shelton’s impressive quarterfinal run at Wimbledon has propelled him to a new career high of No. 9 in the ATP rankings. The 22-year-old American continues his upward trajectory in 2025, having already reached the semifinals at the Australian Open and the fourth round at Roland Garros. With 3,330 points, Shelton is now just 20 points shy of overtaking Holger Rune for the No. 8 spot.

Cobolli enters the top twenty

Flavio Cobolli made his Grand Slam breakthrough at Wimbledon by reaching the quarterfinals, where he lost to Novak Djokovic in four sets. His performance earned him a five-spot jump in the rankings, placing him at No. 19 with 2,385 points, marking his debut in the ATP top 20. The 23-year-old Italian has had a stellar season, including titles in Bucharest and Hamburg.

Michelsen climbs into the top thirty

American rising star Alex Michelsen has reached a new career high of No. 30 following Wimbledon. Though he exited in the first round, his consistent results throughout the season have helped him accumulate 1,670 points. At just 20 years old, Michelsen is now the third-highest ranked American behind Fritz and Shelton.

Fonseca cracks the top fifty

Joao Fonseca, the 18-year-old Brazilian sensation, made headlines by becoming the youngest man to reach the third round at Wimbledon in over a decade. His run earned him a six-place jump to No. 48, marking his first appearance in the ATP top 50. With 1,116 points, Fonseca is now the highest-ranked teenager on the tour.
