Cori Gauff, Iga Swiatek, Jessica Pegula, Mirra Andreeva are the top seeds of the WTA draw in Montreal. The defending champion is Jessica Pegula who conquered the last edition after beating Amanda Anisimova 6-3 2-6 6-1 in the final. The winner of the tournament will earn $752,275 in prize money while the finalist will take home $391,600. World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka decided not to compete.
