The 2025 lacrosse season was one in which some players did challenge longstanding records. Sienna Chirieleison and Vanni Intini breached the 500-goal barrier thanks to outstanding seasons.
Please note, however, that what you see below isn’t as complete as we’d like. I am pretty sure there are some folks who aren’t here, which is why you’re seeing me use the term “provisional” frequently during our Statwatch postings. Remember that, last year, we thought Caroline Ling was the player who was our national scoring leader, but unbeknownst to us, Mileena Cotter was becoming the first known girls’ lacrosse player to score 200 goals in a season. But that’s the beauty of the Internet; we can correct and amend on the fly.
Below in the red are our usual provisional gathering of American scholastic lacrosse statistics from available published sources, including MaxPreps, Berks Game Day, the KHSAA, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch, PhillyLacrosse, and Advance Media. If we can get more teams, state federations, and local leagues to adopt the easy-to-use MaxPreps.com platform, we can aim for as complete a statistical picture of the country as possible.
