Storers receive personalized access codes for entry, with options for multiple codes. Individual alarms are installed in each unit, and email notifications are sent upon unit entry. The facility also has a backup power generator.
Beyond these measures, fire safety is a priority. The facility is equipped with fire extinguishers and hoses throughout, as well as an extensive sprinkler system and a smoke detection system that is connected to a private security company. Mandatory insurance at a low cost is also available to customers for added peace of mind. Customers can use their own locks on their units, and the premises are monitored by comprehensive CCTV coverage with night vision. All of this makes the facility safe and secure.
This commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed. In 2022 – 2025, Loc&Stor 24/7 won the Multi-Site Operator Store of the Year Philippines award, a recognition of excellence by the Self-Storage Association Asia a global organization that sets the standards of self-storage.
