First of all, this isn’t really a game—it’s an experience. And honestly, it might be one of the easiest ways to introduce your grandma, your partner, your kids, or even your overly curious pet to the world of VR. No controller needed—just slip the headset on them and let them explore… or, in the worst-case scenario, uhmmm “fly.”
Your TV Might Be In Danger…
I recommend placing the plank well away from your TV, couch, kitchen table—or even your Christmas tree—because there will be jumping, running, and the occasional attempt at flying. Most people trying this are completely new to VR, and standing on a narrow plank 80 stories up will trigger reactions they never imagined a “game” could provoke.
AmigaGuru Advert Inside…
What’s this then? Yep, It’s my X (Twitter) and Facebook banner that has ended up on a billboard in the game . More about why can be found further down in this review.

Lots of extra in it, not just the plank, heck there’s even cakes, spiders, and what not in here to make them family members scream like never before when they go for the cake on the end of the plank.
There’s also an elevator button that definitely isn’t kid-friendly, but thankfully you can disable that feature in the main menu.
In addition, the game includes a fireman-style “Rocketman” race where you fly around the city extinguishing fires, a separate rocket race that’s an absolute blast, and finally a Sky Brush mode—a free-roam experience that lets you fly around the city at your own pace.
Some Of The Other Content Creators Also Got A Billboard Spot.
Toast Interactive went the extra mile by filling the city with in-game billboard ads featuring community members who help make making PSVR2 a fantastic place to be a part of. It’s a brilliant, heartfelt way to say “thank you,” and it absolutely stands out.
More Positive Stuff…
The game runs natively at 90Hz and includes foveated rendering along with 4x MSAA. Smooth turning has also been added thanks to GameCatto, so all the tech-minded players out there should be more than satisfied. And yes—the city is noticeably larger in this version, too.
Some negatives…
There are only ten trophies and no Platinum, and seasoned VR players won’t find much replay value here. It’s short and mostly the kind of experience you fire up once in a while for a quick laugh.
Family fun, I hope to have one more video up by tomorrow evening. Enjoy and this shows EXACTLY why this experience rules.
