With so many dateables in Date Everything! to find and love, it can be easy to miss out on some of the more well-hidden ones. Regina “Reggie” Rejection is no exception to that rule, given that he is the personification of rejection itself.
Reggie’s story can be a bit confusing and operates a bit differently from the majority of the other dateables. This suave and sexy ball of hatred has a few quirks that can make getting his various endings a bit of a challenge.
This guide will help you navigate the relationship and prevent you from making any missteps in the process.
Reggie Locations
Unlike any other dateable, Reggie will only appear once you have gotten a hate ending with one of the other dateables. Don’t worry too much, you can always use candy to return to friendship with someone.
If you’re looking to earn the Mate Everything achievement from getting all Love endings, then I have two suggestions for characters to initially reject: Jean Loo Pissoir or Daemon. Jean Loo can be an easy Hate ending to get, but you can also take another shot at it to change that, and Daemon will let you change your chosen ending after meeting Reggie.
Once you’ve decided on whom to hate, Reggie will appear and give you a way to contact him through your phone. After he’s in your phone, you do not need to get anyone else to hate you if you want to progress his story.

How to Romance, Befriend, or Make Enemies with Reggie
Reggie is one of the few dateables who are not stuck with the ending you get, and you can change that ending after receiving it. He’s a bit strange in that regard, but it is also rather interesting as you progress through his story.
As you might imagine, Reggie loves to hate people. If you follow his Love or Hate path, he’ll try to convince you that you should just hate everything, because it is far more fun.
For this guide, I’ll provide the way to reach his Love and Hate endings through his conversations, as his Friendship ending is reached through other means.
Reggie Introduction
The moment you get a Hate ending, Reggie will appear out of thin air and give you some rather sassy remarks. This conversation doesn’t seem to matter in the greater scheme of his story, so you’re welcome to pick any options you like.
He’ll put the app on your phone, and you’ll need to wait until the following day to start his story for real. The next time you speak, he’ll have an opportunity to learn how to hate from the master himself.
Reggie First Conversation
You’ll want to have Reggie take you under his wing so you can become a master in the art of hatred. The only problem here is that the answers you think are right could not be more wrong.
Much like with Doug, you’re not simply trying to learn but instead are playing the long con. You’ll want to pick all the options that are kind and caring, much to Reggie’s dismay.

I’m gonna listen to what you have to say. |
Oh boy I’m super artistic coded! I love music and drawing and all that bullshit. |
I love music and drawing too! |
Would you pwetty pwease help me on a quest to find my lost button or some shit? |
You got it, I’ll do my best. |
The other choices you make outside of his questions don’t seem to have an impact on his ending.

Reggie Second Conversation
Now he’s a bit disappointed in his pupil’s inability to grasp his lessons. He really steps up the questions for this one to make sure you know which options you should be picking.
While it is tempting, all you have to do is continue to give him the answers he won’t like. Remember you’re playing the long game, and no matter what he says, he’ll come around in the end.

Reggie Final Conversation
This is the moment of truth. If you can manage to pick the right options here, you’ll have Reggie like putty in your hands.
The same principles still apply, so pick only the nice options, no matter how upset he gets. Once he’s finished, he’ll fly off the handle, and you’ll be treated to a rather humorous interaction.

Reggie Love/Hate Path
You’re probably a bit confused about why the Love and Hate endings are intertwined here, but don’t worry, it’ll all make sense. Since you have to make Reggie hate you to get his Love ending, you can have him either love or hate you based on what choice you make.

I LOVE YOU!!! |
See? All according to plan. |
Cuz either way I love this shit. |

‘Hate’ me (Love Ending) |

What about friends? (Friendship Ending) |
You can choose whichever suits your fancy, but depending on what you’re hoping to get out of this playthrough, you may want to choose carefully.
Reggie Friendship Path
While you can select the choice from the Love/Hate path to get this ending, you can also achieve it another way. If you make two dateables hate you, he’ll show up and declare himself your friend.
You aren’t stuck with that ending, though. By following the above guide, you can still have him reach the Love ending even after receiving the Friendship ending.
Simply talk to him through the phone app the next day, and you can still learn from him.
Reggie Collectibles
Reggie has three total collectibles, but they’re probably not ones you’ll get the first time around. One of them is tied to a special ending you can get in the game, which can be incredibly difficult to achieve.
- The Broken Heart – Speak with Reggie
- The Mended Heart – Get a Love ending with Reggie
- Hate Everything – Make everything in the house hate you
You can always come back through the game and try out a new way of playing; in fact, that’s what I recommend. Regardless of your goal, you should now be well-equipped to handle this feisty diva of rejection.
Date Everything is an interesting dating simulation game where nothing is off limits. Boys, girls, even sinks are all at your disposal, so make sure you find every dateable you can and date them all!
