Unlike most dating sim games, Date Everything! features a more focused story that drives the narrative forward. There’s some mystery and intrigue, which is nice, because some dateables are more interesting than others.
Once you reach a certain point in the game, you can do something called “realizing objects,” which does pretty much what it sounds like: make objects into real people. There can be a bit of nuance to this, so don’t think you’ll be able to just go around and make everyone into a real person willy-nilly.
This guide should help you understand how to realize objects and what the results will be. I’ll also have a nice list filled with all the dateable requirements to be realized, so if you’re looking for someone specific, it shouldn’t be too tough.

It’s time to investigate!
How to Realize Objects
Once you’ve met about half of the dateables in the game or gotten about 20 of their endings, you’ll receive some messages from your friend tinfoilhat. He’ll tell you that something weird is going on with the glasses that he needs to investigate.
About two days later, he’ll tell you about realizing objects and provide you with the necessary recipes to complete this process. To actually realize the objects, you’ll need to meet certain SPECS requirements, which means you’ll have to get a lot of endings to acquire the necessary SPECS points.
In case you hadn’t noticed, you’ll earn SPECS points every time you get an ending with a character, no matter what that ending is.
Each object is a bit different and will require a different number of SPECS points to realize, but regardless, you probably won’t be doing this until the very end of the game. You can always check the amount needed from the Date-a-Dex menu if you’ve found that particular dateable.

What Happens When You Realize an Object?
When you realize an object, for lack of a better term, they leave. They become real people and leave the house, going out into the world to pursue their goals and dreams.
This is the true ending for each dateable, as many of them wish to have experiences outside the house. No matter what ending you have with them, you can still realize them, even if they hate you.
They do leave the house, meaning you can no longer chat with them or see them. Think carefully about who you want to realize, because once you do, they’re gone for good.
Some of them may have “Unfurnished business” with other objects, so you may need to progress with the other objects before moving on. Skylar will show up and give you the low down on who you still need to speak to, though, so don’t worry too much about figuring that out.
You should not, under any circumstances, realize Skylar first. When you realize Skylar, you end the game as the glasses are no longer glasses.

All the Dateables’ Realization Recipes
With so many dateables, it can be a daunting task to realize all of them. The biggest blessing is that once your stats are high enough, there’s really nothing stopping you from realizing them one after the other.
Again, you should be careful about realizing dateables as that ends their time in your home. If you’re ready to set them free, you can use this table to figure out exactly how many SPECS points you need for each dateable.

Date Everything is a bit of a peculiar game when it comes to dating sims, but in a way, that’s what gives it so much charm. From dating the devs to a bobby pin, there really isn’t much you can’t date.
There are a few endings to get, so if you’re looking to be an achievement hunter, you may want to buckle in since you’ll be playing this for a bit.
