PlayStation Plus has officially been around for 15 years as of August, and the service has been celebrating this milestone by offering players various goodies and discounts. One fantastic free gift available in honor of the 15-year anniversary will only be available for a few more days, though, so you’d better act fast.
In honor of PlayStation Plus’ 15th anniversary celebration (via Reddit), you can claim the special edition avatars on PS Plus until September 10, 2025. These avatars include iconic characters from games such as Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo IV, God of War Ragnarök, and Twisted Metal.

Claim Your PS Plus Avatars Today Using Your Country Code
To receive your free PlayStation Plus avatars for the 15th anniversary of the service, you’ll need to enter a 12-digit voucher code, similar to how you would redeem a PlayStation Plus gift card ora game code. You can find your location-specific code at the provided source link, or navigate to the 15th Anniversary menu on your PlayStation console.
Once you have the code, navigate to your main PS Plus drop-down menu by using the ellipses (three dots) in the menu bar and scroll down to Redeem Code. Enter the code for your country there, and you’ll be able to download five different anniversary edition avatars. These include new avatars from Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo IV, God of War Ragnarök, and one of Sony’s flagship series, Twisted Metal.
You can also redeem these through your PlayStation account online as opposed to doing it through your console. And while the promotion indicates that these avatars are only available to PlayStation Plus subscribers, reportedly, anyone with a code is able to redeem them regardless of PS Plus membership.

You Can’t Beat Free, Though I Wish We Got An Astro Bot Avatar
PlayStation Plus will occasionally give players nice little handouts that are always nice, even if they’re nothing substantial. These avatars are a great free gift to subscribers who are looking to mix up their avatar game a bit. Getting free avatars from Cyberpunk 2077 and Hogwarts Legacy is excellent, although I wish we could also see a new Astro Bot avatar.
Overall, you might as well take advantage of these free avatars while you still can, and you have just a few more days left to do so. The promotion ends on September 10, and then you’ll have to wait until PlayStation Plus rolls out its next slate of free avatars, and there’s no telling when that could happen.
