There are dozens of NPCs that you’ll encounter in Schedule 1 at one point or another. Most of them can be treated as potential customers, but to hook them you’ll need to mold your product to what they like. If you give them products with their favorite effects, you’ll have a higher percentage of them returning.
Luckily, the schedules for the NPCs are predictable, which makes it easier to get each one as a customer. Knowing where you can find the NPCs will help you not only grow your drug empire but also expand your network connections and unlock new levels.
Locations Of NPCs In Northtown
Know What They Like And Where To Find Them
Northtown is the first area of the game that will be available to you when you start. Each NPC in this area should have fairly low standards, which will help you build your customer base. If you create your product around your customers’ favorite effects, such as the Laxative effect or Lethal effects, your customers will become happier.
You don’t necessarily need to cater to the favorite effects of the customers, but doing so will lead to a higher probability that they will be back for more.

All Westville Potential Customers
The second area you unlock will be Westville. This is west of the Northtown region you started in. Most of the customers in this area will still have low standards, though as you progress it will get more difficult to impress the potential customers, so you will have to up your product game a bit.
The more areas you unlock, the harder the customers will be to like your product. While you’re waiting to unlock the next area, you should experiment with your product and try to make high-quality drugs so you won’t have to work as hard when you find customers with higher standards. Mix and match to determine the best recipes in Schedule 1.

Locations Of NPCs In Suburbia Area
Find These Eight Suburbia NPCs
Prepare yourself as the Suburbia Area has all high-standard customers. This means your product needs to be of the highest quality if you want to immediately snag these NPCs as customers. Don’t be too intimidated by their standards. If you fail to pick up a customer with your first free sample, simply find them another day and try again.
The good news is that this is the highest tier of standards, meaning if you can survive the Suburbia area, then the last area will be a piece of cake. Some of the customers can be a bit difficult to find, but this area is small so you’re bound to bump into them at some point. Suburbia is in the south portion of the map past Ray’s Real Estate.

Locations Of NPCs In The Sewers
All The Sewers NPCs
Getting into the Sewers in Schedule 1 requires the Sewer Key. You can sometimes find the key lying around in the world, or in an NPC’s belongings when you pickpocket them. Or, you can just buy the key from Jen Heard for $1,000 after you gain access to the Uptown region.
Once you have the Sewer Key, you’ll be able to enter the sewers from eight different spots in Hyland Point, shown in the image above. There are only two NPCs in the Sewers. Both are hostile, so neither will be buying any goods from you.

If you manage to get all of these NPCs as customers, then there’s currently nothing further for you to do. As more updates come to Schedule 1, however, more NPCs and locations may be added at a later time.
