Stranger Things has its fair share of dangling threads, but an upcoming Dungeons & Dragons tie-in game promises to finally provide closure for one. While the upcoming fifth season of the show will likely resolve any unaddressed major plot points, it won’t be able to resurrect some storylines that have already been cut off. One plot element that’s presumably gone for good is the Hellfire Club D&D campaign led by Eddie Munson in season four, which doesn’t have much of a way to bounce back after the season’s climactic events.
In a post on X, Dungeons & Dragons has revealed a new Stranger Things game that finally provides an ending for the Hellfire Club’s D&D campaign. Titled Welcome to the Hellfire Club, the collaborative board game promises to let players “finish what Eddie started.” It’s available for pre-order on D&D Beyond, Amazon, and local game stores, with prices starting at $19.99 for a digital adventure pack and $49.99 for a physical game.
