The dating sim Date Everything! features over 100 romanceable characters known as Dateables, and they are all living in your house. Using the special Dateviator glasses, players can bring everyday objects from their house to life as personified versions and build relationships with these quirky objects. Every Dateable has the possibility of getting a Love, Friendship, or Hate ending with the protagonist, although some are easier to direct than others. Whether you want to be lovers or enemies, each of these Dateables can be quite entertaining.
Date Everything! has up to 102 characters looking for love, without the player ever having to leave the comfort of their home. Thankfully, players don’t have to choose just one, as it is entirely possible to love nearly all of them at the same time, if the correct dialogue options are chosen. Even still, it is always fun to take a look at which characters are the most popular.
This list is made up of a combination of gathering data from other players’ tier lists of which characters are the most popular, as well as my personal opinion. Naturally, everyone will have their own favorites, which is part of the fun of a game like this.

Penelope, Your Office Supplies And Cork Board
A Lonely Romantic Who Loves Motivational Quotes
The quirky pen holder and cork board in the office has topped a surprising number of players’ lists of their favorite Dateables. Penelope is spunky and cheerful and always seems to be on the hunt for true love. Throughout the conversations with Penelope, she is often asking for advice regarding dates she has lined up with others in the household, including Kristof and Shelley.

Date Everything! Review – Dating Your Microwave Is Totally Normal
The hot new dating sim, Date Everything!, gives players a chance to see everyday household objects in a new light, and maybe even find love.
She regularly is found quoting from motivational calendars with sayings by famous objects like Marker Twain, which perhaps is how she maintains her cheerful attitude even while going out on some very questionable dates. Perhaps the player’s character can give her the love she has been looking for all along.

Wallace, The Walls Of The House
Truly A Man Of Few Words, But A Big Heart
Wallace, the wall, is an interesting guy, and a very easy point on the side for Love. His only dialogue is to say “Wall” in different intonations (perhaps Date Everything!‘s version of “I am Groot”?) and, without any prompt, he will immediately trigger the Love ending screen to appear. This beefcake of a man clearly has feelings for you, even though his inability to share his thoughts and the sour expression on his face makes that a bit questionable.
Perhaps because of his tender love for the character, or the silliness of his character’s dialogue, he appears on many of the charts for most-liked Dateables. Of course, his burly physique certainly helps with that too.

Shelley, Wall Shelves And Bookcases Around The House
Strong, Supportive, And A Bit Chaotic
One of the potential suitors for Penelope, Shelley is a bit of an overexcitable jock who grew up playing sports and trying to be tougher than everyone. She is made of pure muscle, which makes sense as she is the personification of sturdy shelves in the house and is constantly holding everything up. She is supportive, but not the easiest to talk to. Her exuberance mixed with a high-strung attitude can feel like talking to pure anxiety, but she has a heart of gold underneath.
If you want to get a Love or Friendship ending with Shelley, make sure that when she goes to hug you on the third date, you embrace her.
Shelley’s storyline goes into a bit of a contemplative journey regarding toxic positivity and trying to hold the weight of the world on your shoulders. Helping her out can be incredibly touching and rewarding, and you even get a collectible diploma certifying that you are a shelf.

Hoove, The Vacuum Cleaner
Because Who Doesn’t Want A Sexy Man Who Cleans
Henry Hoover, or simply “Hoove” to his friends, is in fact a hard-working vacuum cleaner with some great hair to go along with his fit physique. He tries his best to keep the house running smoothly and free of dirt, but can feel depressed by always being tucked into a corner. What he needs the most is someone to love him for who he is and see him as more than just a tool but truly a companion.

In Date Everything! not only do players get to romance multiple NPCs, but there are even options for some relationships with NPC couples.
Hoove’s storyline has a lot of ups and downs, with fun talk of sports and kisses balancing out Hoove’s need to learn how to let stuff go. Trying to help Hoove empty his baggage can be a touchy subject, but a necessary one for his personal growth.

Beau, Personification Of Cardboard Boxes
Adventure Awaits With This Beauty
Beau has perhaps one of the most enjoyable storylines of any character in Date Everything!, taking players along on an epic quest where they inevitably do battle to rescue a kidnapped goddess. It covers several days’ worth of conversations and crosses over with some other Dateable storylines as well. Voiced by my personal favorite actress, Ashley Johnson, I already liked her personified cardboard box character, but the story sold me.
Beau has perhaps one of the most enjoyable storylines of any character in Date Everything!
The twists and turns that come with every discussion with Beau keep you coming back to see what’s next, and her ever-positive and adventurous spirit is a perfect fit for the character. Who knew a cardboard box could be this exciting?

Parker Bradley, Board Games In The Attic
Romancing Parker Is Truly A Game
Parker Bradley, the personification of board games, is certainly not your average personality. He loves rules and games more than anything in the world and makes the idea of determining whether there will be a Love, Friendship, or Hate ending into a series of challenges that earn the player points. At the end of these multi-day challenges, points are tallied and used in rolling the dice for a random outcome.
Though this may not be the most practical of ways to decide if you love someone, it certainly makes for a fun and whimsical way of getting an outcome in this cozy dating sim. Unfortunately, despite my hoping for a Love outcome, I seem to have been stuck with Parker hating me after a poor dice roll.

Beverly, The Minibar/Beverage Cart
A Bubbly Bartender Who Is Trying To Run A Business
Beverly is a very cheerful and bubbly minibar in the corner of the kitchen. The bartender of the Tipsy Tumbler, her story involves trying to spread the word to get customers for her struggling business. Every interaction with Beverly also gives a chance to get either a mocktail or cocktail from Beverly, and if you turn these drinks down then she will be incredibly disappointed.
Getting a good ending with Beverly isn’t too difficult, as long as you are supportive of her trying to build up her business, and you don’t pour her drinks out in front of her. She is easily one of the sweetest Dateables in the game, so there isn’t too much that can go wrong.
3
Dorian, Every Door In The House
Yes, Even The Horizontal Trap Door
Even before the official release of Date Everything!, Dorian had captured the attention and hearts of many who were following along with the game’s development. Typically, this imposing and handsome man is very serious and makes it clear from the start of the game that he is only interested in friendship and nothing more. Yet, this seems to have only created an enticing challenge for players.
There are several iterations of Dorian depending on which door you interact with. Most have the stance and appearance of a no-nonsense bouncer or security guard, and are very formal in their dialogue. But there is one that is found during the quest to get into the attic which features a very flirtatious and shirtless version of Dorian at the trap door to the crawl space.
2
Betty, Your Very Comfy Bed
You Sleep With Her Every Night
Apparently, every night you have been sleeping with a stunning beauty and didn’t even know it. Betty is the flirtatious personification of your bed. Just hearing her talk is an instant reminder that this game is a dating sim, with her sultry “bedroom voice” and sensual attitude. Because of her romantic and sensual nature, it is very easy to reach a Love ending with Betty.
She does come with a Content Aware warning due to her spicy interactions, as she certainly has no hesitation of letting you know what she is thinking.

Chance, The 20-Sided Die On The Desk
Who Wouldn’t Want To Play Grottos And Gargoyles With Him
I had assumed that I was in the minority with having Chance as my favorite Dateable, but it appears from looking at other results online that I am not alone. The human personification of a D20, who is even voiced by Critical Role‘s Matthew Mercer, Chance is an absolutely adorable character. He has an enthusiasm for the in-game TTRPG, Grottos and Gargoyles, and is happy to GM a game for you.
Besides the instant bias I had towards liking the character, Chance’s storyline is a fun ride through a miniature game of DnD. It even brings in other Dateables as party members, and shows off just how sweet and kind Chance can be. He is absolutely a top-tier Dateable in Date Everything!.
