Linkin Park’s Zero World Tour of Australia has doubled in size.
As reported earlier this month, the US alternative rock favorites will bring their world tour to these parts in March 2026 for an east coast leg, their first since 2013.
Originally set for three shows in the country’s big three capital cities, Linkin Park’s jaunt expands to six shows stopping at Brisbane Entertainment Centre (March 3 and 5), Rod Laver Arena (March 8 and 10) and Qudos Bank Arena (March 14 and 15).
Those three new shows are added “in response to extraordinary demand in the pre-sale period,” reads a statement from Live Nation Australasia, which is producing the trek.
Tickets for all 2026 Australia dates go on sale to the public tomorrow, Friday Aug. 22 at 11AM AEST.
“The fans’ support is overwhelming,” comments Mike Shinoda, “and we’re ready to bring this energy to Australia.” From Zero, the band’s eighth studio album, released November 2024 through Warner Records and Machine Shop, “is a new chapter for us, and we’re so excited to share it with everyone on a bigger scale,” he continues.
On their forthcoming run Down Under, Shinoda, Dave “Phoenix” Farrell, Joe Hahn, Emily Armstrong, and Colin Brittain will perform new Linkin Park cuts including “The Emptiness Machine” and “Heavy Is The Crown” plus anthems from across their 20-plus year career.
From Zero gave Linkin Park their first No. 1 debut on the ARIA Chart, and first with the new lineup, which is now led by Armstrong and was assembled following the passing of former frontman Chester Bennington in 2017.
None of Linkin Park’s studio LPs have gone lower than No. 3 on the ARIA Chart. From Zero is the band’s fourth leader on the Austarlian chart, after 2000 breakthrough Hybrid Theory, Minutes to Midnight from 2007 and A Thousand Suns from 2010.
