Andrew Mountbatten Windsor looks set to move out of Royal Lodge
imminently.
The former prince is now reported to be on the brink of quitting
the thirty room residence on the Windsor estate which has been his
home since 2003.
Work is already under way on Marsh Farm on the Sandringham
estate which is now seen as a likely destination for The King’s
brother.

Andrew gave up his lease on Royal Lodge in October after further
controversy around his friendship with convicted sex offender,
Jeffrey Epstein.
He was instead given a home on the Sandringham estate which
belongs to King Charles.
The move came as The King stripped his brother of all his
titles. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor lost his HRH and Prince when
Charles III issued Letters Patent. The King also wrote to the Lord
Chancellor and asked him to remove the titles of Duke of York, Earl
of Inverness and Baron Killyleagh from the Roll of Peerage. Andrew
had held those titles since 1986 when they were given to him by
Queen Elizabeth II.

His former wife, Sarah Ferguson, also lost her courtesy title of
Duchess of York.
Sarah Ferguson, who has lived at Royal Lodge with her former
husband, is now expected to make her own living arrangements.
According to reports in Hello!, she is considering making
Portugal her home. Her younger daughter, Princess Eugenie, lives
there for a part of the year with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, and
their young sons and the magazine reports that Fergie is hoping to
make it her residence, too.

She is said to have ruled out living with her other daughter,
Princess Beatrice, who has a large home in the Cotswolds which she
shares with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, and their family –
they have daughters, Sienna, 4, and Athena, who is about to turn 1,
as well as Woflie who is Edoardo’s son from a previous
relationship.
Buckingham Palace had been keen for Andrew Mountbatten Windsor
to leave Royal Lodge as soon as possible and earlier reports had
indicated that Easter had been pencilled in as a moving date.
However, it now appears that the change will come much sooner
and could even be completed by the end of this month.
