We got to see several spectacular Royal and Noble Tiaras worn at tonight’s State Banquet held by the British Royal Family for the German President and First Lady at Windsor Castle, on their State Visit to the United Kingdom this week.
Members of British Aristocracy and High Society joined the Royal Family as King Charles III and Queen Camilla held the State Banquet in honour of the German President and First Lady at St. George’s Hall in Windsor Castle. Queen Camilla, Princess Anne, and the Duchess of Gloucester wore three Tiaras recently returned from Exhibitions at Buckingham Palace and the V&A while the Princess of Wales debuted Oriental Circlet Tiara at the State Banquet at Windsor.
Queen Camilla wore the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara, recently returned from the Edwardians Exhibition at Buckingham Palace, and Greville Emerald Necklace, as well as her Modern Diamond Earrings, Queen Victoria’s historic Diamond Bar Brooch and the Queen Mother’s Cartier Bracelets, along with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Star of the Order of the Garter, and the Royal Family Order of King Charles III.
The Greville Emerald Necklace was a nice surprise, having been publicly worn only once by the late Queen for the Diplomatic Reception in 2019, which was her last Gala Appearance.
The Princess of Wales wore Queen Victoria’s Oriental Circlet Tiara and her Diamond Chandelier Earrings with the Sash and Star of the Royal Victorian Order, and the Royal Family Order of King Charles III.
The Oriental Circlet Tiara was Prince Albert’s design for Queen Victoria which became an Heirloom of the Crown upon her death, and later a lifelong favourite of the late Queen Mother, being last seen two decades ago.
The Princess Royal wore her Aquamarine Pine Flower Tiara, only just returned from the Cartier Exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum, and Aquamarine Suite, the Sash and Star of the Order of the Garter, the Royal Family Order of King Charles III, and the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Duchess of Edinburgh wore her Aquamarine Tiara and Sapphire Suite with the Sash and Star of the Royal Victorian Order, the Royal Family Order of King Charles III, and the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Duchess of Gloucester wore the Cartier India Tiara, also just returned from the Cartier Exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum, Diamond Earringstwo large Diamond Rivères with a Diamond Pendant from the Diamond Corsage Brooch, with the Order of the Garter, the Royal Family Order of King Charles III, and the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II.
Princess Antonia, Duchess of Wellington wore an heirloom Pearl and Diamond Tiara and Suite.
The Marchioness of Lansdowne, Queen Camilla’s leading ‘Queen’s Companion’, wore the Lansdowne Diamond Floral Tiara.
Sarah Troughton, one of the Queen’s Companions and the Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire wore a striking Diamond Tiara.

The British Royal Family are hosting German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and First Lady Elke Büdenbender at Windsor Castle on their State Visit to the United Kingdom this week, which follows the King and Queen’s State Visit to Germany in 2023.
The Prince and Princess of Wales greeted German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and First Lady Elke Büdenbender at Heathrow Airport and traveled with them to Windsor Castle.
King Charles III and Queen Camilla received President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and First Lady Elke Büdenbender in an Official Welcome Ceremony in the town of Windsor before a Carriage Procession to Windsor Castle, where there was a Guard of Honour and a Lunch with members of the Royal Family.

In the evening, King Charles III and Queen Camilla held a State Banquet in honour of President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and First Lady Elke Büdenbender at Windsor Castle. Both the King and President gave Speeches.
