Apara Mehta, who was a part of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi season one, recently spoke about a scene shared by Mihir and Tulsi that she found extremely cute.
Ektaa Kapoor has once again pulled a masterstroke by re-launching Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She has brought back Smriti Irani to the screens. The actress, who played the iconic role of Tulsi in the show quit acting and joined politics. But once again she is back on screen as everybody’s most favourite Tulsi Virani. The show began on July 29 and it became an instant favourite. Scene from the show are going viral on social media with fans, discussing the show’s nostalgia factor. Amar Upadhyay has also returned as Mihir Virani. Fans are gushing over the chemistry shared by Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay. Even Apara Mehta who was the part of the previous season is following the reboot version quite religiously. This new comment by her is proof of it.
Mihir and Tulsi’s THIS scene has become the talk of the town
In an interview with Entertainment news portal Zoom TV, Apara Mehta spoke about a scene that she found extremely cute. She shared that the weight scale machine scene shot between Smriti and Amar is the one she found cute. Mehta spoke about how every woman could connect to that scene as it showed how women’s body changes due to several factors, including child birth and menopause, however, a man’s body remains the same. She said, “The best one (scene) which I liked was about the weighing scale. It was so cute. This is really what happens. Males remain the same. Females do (gain weight) because of the things that happen in their lives—giving birth to children to menopause, and taking the responsibility of running a home. You do put on weight compared to how your husbands have remained. It takes a toll. I felt that was the cutest scene.” The scene showed how Mihir Virani is fit and his weight has remained same, whereas, Tulsi Virani has put on weight. The show touches on topics like body-shaming and more.
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 airs on Star Plus every day at 10:30 PM. The show also airs on JioHotstar. Ekta Kapoor has revealed that the new season is going to be with limited episodes.
