Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 serial update: Smriti Irani aka Tulsi Virani and Amar Upadhyay aka Mihir Virani’s family drama has managed to entertain the masses once again. In the latest episode, we see a major drama unfolding in Shanti Niketan. The eighth episode of the show begins with Sameer accepting that he was driving the car and Angad is innocent. Mihir, Tulsi and others watch video of Sameer surrendering himself in police station saying that Angad is not responsible for the accident. The family is happy and rushes to the police station as Angad gets released from jail. However, Gayatri spews venom. She asks Tulsi how she would face Angad as she was the only one who did not trust him.
Tulsi and Angad’s emotional reunion
Later, we see Angad getting released from jail but barely speaks to Tulsi (Smriti Irani). Angad then demands justice for his friend Sameer. At home, Angad receives a warm welcome. Pari, Ritik and others celebrate as Angad returns home. However, Tulsi is feeling guilty. Gayatri adds to the drama by taking a jibe at her by saying that parents can also make mistakes. Tulsi agrees and asks to be punished. Tulsi hands over a broom to Angad and asks him to hit her. However, Angad refuses to and instead apologises to Tulsi for confusing her.
Pari apologises to Mihir
Later, we see Angad and Mihir (Amar Upadhyay) indulging in some fun banter. Angad then says that Pari wishes to talk to Mihir and Tulsi. As Pari shows up, she has a major emotional breakdown. She apologises to Mihir and Tulsi for making a bad decision. The boy she loved bailed on her in difficult times. Now, she is upset for disappointing her parents. She agrees to meet Mihir’s business partner’s son for marriage. Mihir immediately invites the family over dinner.
Vrinda wants to meet Tulsi
Amid all of this, Vrinda decides to fight against injustice. She confronts her mother and slams her for forcing brother (traffic police) to accept the bribe. Vrinda says that an innocent is facing the punishment for a crime committed by someone else. She then contacts Tulsi and they decide to meet.
