Currently, Anupamaa is on the second position on TRP chart. However, there is enough drama to ensure that it remains in the leading. In the latest episodes of Anupamaa, fans got to see major drama as the Shahs prepared for Ash and Prathana’s mehendi ceremony. Here’s what happened in the latest episode of Anupamaa.
Anu and Rahi end their fight?
The latest episode of Anupamaa begins with Anu (Rupali Ganguly) meeting Rahi. She sees her daughter returning to Shah house. Anu then asks Rahi to put a pause to their fight until Ansh and Prathana’s wedding. She says that she is in Ahmedabad only for a few days and does not want their fight to ruin the enthusiasm of Ansh and Prathana’s wedding. Surprisingly, Rahi agrees and both shake hands. However, it is all a dream. In real, Rahi is still quite angry with Anu. As she wakes up, she soon gets busy with the wedding preparations of Ansh and Prathana. She happily dances and enjoys every moment.
Baa turns savage to shut down trolls
Soon, we see neighbours showing up to Shah house. They make some snarky comments about Prathana. She is a divorcee and is pregnant. So people are wondering why Ansh chose to marry Prathana. But Baa savagely hits back saying ‘aapko kya’. However, later she shares her worries with Anu. Baa says that she worries that Ansh may not be able to accept his step child, the same way, Vanraj refused to accept Mahi. Baa says that Ansh could have opted for a simpler, less complicated life. However, Anu supports Ansh. She says that Ansh is much better than Vanraj Shah.
Further, we see all charged up for the mehendi ceremony of Ansh and Prathana. Ansh misses his sisters – Pari, Mahi and Rahi. Much to his delight, all three of them show up to surprise him. They have an emotional moment as they hug each other. Prathana also receives shagun from Kotharis and all are happy. Toshu and Pakhi are shocked over the diamond jewellery.
