Both the movies took a solid start at the box office. Crossing the mark of Rs 50 crore on day 1, Coolie and War 2 managed to get fans all the more excited for the movies. Coolie box office collection day 13
As reported by trade site Sacnilk.com, Coolie starring Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir and others managed to earn Rs 3.25 crore at the box office on day 13. The film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj also has Aamir Khan in a pivotal cameo. The movie has continued its pace as even on day 12, the film had earned Rs 3.25 crore approximately. The total collection of the film stands at Rs 263.85 crore. The movie has witnessed a gradual drop over the weekdays. The first week collection of the movie was Rs 229.65 crore. The first four days were fantastic as the movie enjoyed an extended weekend as August 15, Independence Day, fell on a Friday. The movie released on Thursday, thus ensuring a good first weekend.
War 2 box office collection day 13
Similarly, Hrithik Roshan’s spy thriller War 2 enjoyed an extended weekend upon release. The movie directed by Ayan Mukerji marked the Bollywood debut of Jr NTR. Kiara Advani was also a part of this film. On day 13, the movie made approximately Rs 2.75 crore at the box office as per the early estimates. It witnessed a surprising jump in numbers. On day 12, War 2 made around Rs 2.15 crore approximately. The total collection of the movie is Rs 227.25 crore. In this race of box office numbers, Rajinikanth’s film Coolie is in the lead.
