On Bigg Boss 19 Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan addressed allegations made by Dabangg director Abhinav Kashyap, who claimed that Salman and his family have ruined careers in the film industry.
The differences between Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and director Abhinav Kashyap are not hidden from anyone. Abhinav had made the blockbuster film Dabangg with Salman in the year 2010, but after this the relationship between the two turned sour. Before the 15th anniversary of the film, Abhinav claimed in an interview that Salman and his family have ruined the careers of many people, including himself. He even said that Salman maintains dominance in the film industry with his family and whoever goes against him, they try to spoil his career.

Meanwhile, in the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19, Salman spoke openly on these allegations for the first time. In this episode, Bigg Boss 13 contestant and actress Shehnaaz Gill also appeared with Salman on stage. Shehnaaz thanked Salman and said that he has made the careers of many people. She said, “Sir, aapne itnon ke career banaye hai.” To this, Salman replied very simply – ““Maine kahan banaye hain kisi ki career. Career banane waala toh upar waala hai.” After this, Salman also responded to the allegations made against him. He said, Laanchhan bhi daala hai ki kitno ke dubaaye hai. Specially dubaane waale toh mere haath mein hai hi nahi. Lekin aaj kal sab chalta hai na ki career khaa jaayega. Kaunsa career khaaya maine? Par agar khau na toh main apna khud ka career khaa jaunga.”

Salman Khan’s old controversy with Vivek Oberoi is also very famous in the industry. It is said that Vivek’s career was harmed due to this fight. Abhinav Kashyap also claimed in the interview that his brother and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap was also thrown out of Salman’s film Tere Naam. Even after giving a blockbuster film like Dabangg, Abhinav Kashyap was dropped from its sequel. Dabangg 2 was directed by Salman’s brother Arbaaz Khan, while the third part Dabangg 3 was directed by Prabhu Deva. Abhinav then made the film Besharam with Ranbir Kapoor, but this film flopped badly. Since then he has been away from films.
