Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, has been getting a lot of support from the audience. The show was released on Netflix on September 18 on Netflix, and has taken the internet by storm since then. It has a lot of meta moments and jokes that have taken their inspiration from real-life Bollywood drama or projects. The show is gaining more and more popularity every day. In fact, Bobby Deol’s very famous song, Duniyaa Haseeno ka Mela, from the movie Gupt:The hidden truth (1997), has now been getting a lot of attention again due to it being a catalyst in the show’s plotline.

The actor’s old song has gained 5 million fresh views after the series got popular. For the unversed, Bobby Deol has played the role of Ajay Talvar in The Ba***ds of Bollywood. The song appears twice in the series and serves as an important part of a plot development in the same. The song is first played when Aasmaan Singh’s mother (played by Mona Singh) first meets Ajay Talvar. Later, as a part of the plot twist, it is revealed that she was digitally inserted in the song as a background character.
What has to be remembered is that Mona Singh was not actually a part of the original music video. She was digitally inserted in the song’s video for the show. Now that the series is getting as much attention as it is, people are going back and watching the video of the original song as well.
The song was sung by Udit Narayan and composed by Viju Shah. Not only are people watching the music video of the show again and again, but the song is also trending on Instagram and Spotify. It is safe to say that Bobby Deol has made a comeback.
