Avika and Milind are set to tie the knot on September 30, 2025. The wedding will take place not in a hotel or hall, but on the set of the TV show Pati, Patni Aur Panga. Their wedding festivities began on September 22, 2025. On this occasion, Avika said that this is not just a grand event for her, but a heartfelt decision. She explained that she has been in the public eye since 2008 and has always received immense love and blessings from her audience. Therefore, she wanted to share this moment of happiness with her audience. In her words: “I’ve been in the public eye since 2008, and the love and blessings I’ve received from people have been overwhelming. I wanted my audience, who have been such an important part of my journey, to also be a part of this special moment. I always used to tell my parents, ‘I will either do a court marriage that no one will get to know about, or it’s going to be a grand wedding that the whole world will celebrate with me.’ It’s like my childhood dream is coming true with this new chapter.”
Avika further explained that this was her childhood dream. She always told her parents that she would either have a court marriage, which no one would know about, or a grand wedding, which the whole world would see. Her family also accepted this wish wholeheartedly. The wedding card was launched on set, during which her mother became emotional. On the wedding day, Avika will be seen in a traditional red bridal attire and has asked guests to wear pastel colors.

Avika and Milind met through friends in Hyderabad in 2020. Avika felt a special connection from the first meeting, but Milind kept her as just friends for about six months. He believed that a strong bond of friendship is necessary before starting a relationship. Gradually, this friendship blossomed into love, and now the two are taking their relationship to the next level.
