Bigg Boss host Salman Khan has finally addressed the allegations on him about favouritism towards Amaal Mallik. Read ahead to know how he reacted.
Actor Salman Khan, who is currently seen as the host of Bigg Boss 19, has finally broken his silence on the allegations of favoritism towards Amaal Mallik during the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. In a recent episode, he made it clear that he is not supporting Amaal over the other contestants, nor has he refrained from scolding him when needed. For those unaware, a section of the audience felt last week that Salman didn’t reprimand Amaal properly during Weekend Ka Vaar for his behavior. Salman asked the housemates who they think he has scolded the most on the show. Everyone replied – Amaal. To this, Salman said, “Yes, I’ve bashed Amaal the most, but not everything goes on air. Some of the things I’ve said to him are personal remarks that I wouldn’t say to anyone else. This doesn’t mean I’m partial towards him.”
Salman addresses Nehal for hypocrisy
During the episode, Salman also addressed the kitchen duty issue related to wild card contestant Malti Chahar. He asked captain Nehal Chudasama why she thought Malti’s unwillingness to do lunch duty after the task became such a big issue. Salman also reminded Nehal that she herself had once requested to be excused from lunch duty after her gym session.
Salman clears stuff up
Salman also responded to those who accused him of being biased towards Amaal and actress Kunika Sadanand. He said that his goal is to guide and help all the contestants improve, not to favor anyone. He also mentioned that Abhishek Bajaj has received the most appreciation so far in the house for his performance. Salman clarified that all contestants are judged based on their behavior, aggression, and approach – not personal likes or dislikes.
Salman also scolded Tanya Mittal for her emotional reaction after receiving feedback. He questioned why she had an emotional breakdown after being pushed into the pool during the nomination task and pointed out her inconsistency as well.
