Following the first two parts of the series, My Fault (Culpa Mía) in 2023 and Your Fault (Culpa Tuya) in 2024, the finale promises to bring some closure for the chaotic and unpredictable forbidden romance between Nick and Noah. The relationship between these step siblings has kept the people intrigued and addicted. The last part, Culpa Nuestra, was released on October 16, 2025. What was the ending of Mercedes Ron’s Culpables trilogy?
In the novels, the third installment of the books picks up the series years after Your Fault, when Nick and Noah start living a life without each other after their breakup. Noah, in the novel, is now a mature and independent adult who shares a very delicate relationship with her mother. Nick, on the other hand, has become a young billionaire but still needs to work on his anger issues. Years later, they cross each other’s path again, at their best friends Lion and Jenna’s wedding. They both try to keep things mature and simple, but a strong spark still exists between them. After years, a lot of secrets and unrevealed truths come out from the night of the breakup. Because of the same, they are both forced to confront whatever misunderstandings took place between them.
Just as everyone thinks that they might end up getting back together. Nick gets shot by a former employee. He is found in critical condition, and Nick’s near-death experiences make both of them think about their past again. Noah realizes that she is still in love with Nick. Noah spends her entire time alongside Nick during his recovery, and they both decide to give each other another chance.
After months of this, Noah finds out that she is pregnant, which means that they would interrupt her future dreams. Just as she is about to prepare herself for the life-altering phase of her life, Nick’s ex-girlfriend sneaks into their home to kidnap the baby, Andrew, while Nick is out for a business trip. This is the incident that becomes the breaking point for both of them, and they end up forgiving each other.
It would be really interesting to see if the filmmakers would change anything about the film or if they would keep the plot intact.
