Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s Thamma continues to wow audiences across India following a wild festive premiere. Here’s a look at its day 4 box office receipts.
Thamma box office collection day 4:Since its release, the much awaited horror-comedy Thamma, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, has caused a stir at the box office. The film, which was released during the holiday season of Diwali, October 21, has received praise for its distinctive fusion of humour and horror as well as the outstanding performances of its main cast.

After making an outstanding start, Thamma continued to perform steadily following its release. According to Sacnilk, Thamma has so far made around 0.9 crore (based on initial estimate) in India net on its fourth day for all languages. As of now, its total revenue is Rs 56.5 crore India net.
Thamma theatre occupancy
On October 21, its opening day, the occupancy percentage for Thamma’s morning shows was 13.92 percent. Attendance increased to 21.22 percent in the afternoon. While occupancy for the evening shows was 19.98 percent. Thama had an overall 10.21% Hindi occupancy on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. The movie had an overall 7.52% Hindi Occupancy on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
On its 4th day today, October 24, the film had an overall Hindi occupancy of 7.35%.
Thamma plot
In this horror comedy, we see the romance between Rashmika Mandanna and Ayushman Khurana. Thamma centres on journalist Alok Goyal (played by Ayushmann Khurrana). After meeting a mysterious Tadaka (Rashmika Mandanna) in a haunted woodland, he transforms into a vampire or betal. Their love story takes a violent turn when Yakshasan (Nawazuddin Siddiqui), the vampire king, adds havoc.
Thamma audience review
Viewers have reacted well to Thamma, complimenting both the main actors’ performances and the film’s original plot. It has been noted that the film’s ability to combine comedy and horror is a welcome shift in the genre. The film’s favourable reception has also been attributed to critics’ praise of its compelling story and outstanding performances.
