The first three days saw good box office collections: Rs 9 crores on the first day, Rs 7.75 crores on the second day, and Rs 6 crores on the third day—making it a total of about Rs 22.75 crores. But on the fourth day, the collections suffered a great plunge, with only Rs 0.36 crores bringing the total for the four days to Rs 23.11 crores. According to media reports, the approximate collection on the fifth day seemed to be around Rs 0.3–0.35 crores, hence the total reported as Rs 23.4–23.5 crores. This decline draws attention to the problem which mid-budget romantic dramas face in keeping the audience hooked after the initial weekend.
