The romantic and emotional elements of Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, with Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa has been making waves among people.
Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat box office day 5: Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat debuted at the cinema on October 21, 2025, and right away, it drew the viewers’ interest with its touching story, heavenly music, and the chemistry between the main characters. The first three days saw good box office collections: Rs 9 crores on the first day, Rs 7.75 crores on the second day, and Rs 6 crores on the third day—making it a total of about Rs 22.75 crores. But on the fourth day, the collections suffered a great plunge, with only Rs 0.36 crores bringing the total for the four days to Rs 23.11 crores. According to media reports, the approximate collection on the fifth day seemed to be around Rs 0.3–0.35 crores, hence the total reported as Rs 23.4–23.5 crores. This decline draws attention to the problem which mid-budget romantic dramas face in keeping the audience hooked after the initial weekend.
Why did Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat box office collection suffer a drop?
The decrease in the film’s collections was the result of a number of factors. Post-Diwali, people got back to their daily lives, which meant fewer people going to the theater. Moreover, the influx of movies to cinemas gave filmgoers more choices. Furthermore, the mixed reviews from critics and a narrow fan base were other factors that contributed to the film’s not-so-successful theatrical run.
All about Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat
Above all, the cast of the movie—Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa—has not only received accolades but also been compared to the best. The intricacies of their emotions and their love interest are, in fact, the main attractions of the film. Also, the music, which has been liked by the online audience, is a factor that keeps the interest alive even when the movie has left the theaters. Although the movie’s performance was poor with theatrical release, it can still be thought that digital release would open the door to a wider audience.
Producers of the film are Dinesh Jain, Anshul Garg, and Raghav Sharma with Mushtaq Sheikh being the writer of the story. Director of the film is Milap Zaveri, and Shaad Randhawa along with Sachin Khedekar are in the leading roles.
