Popular Indian singer and actor is seen featuring along with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in the movie. Now, Pakistani reports claim that the opening day earnings of Sardaar Ji 3 have been mind-blowing. The theatres were fully packed with audiences, and the film set a record on the first day of release.
Amazing collection on the opening day
The film has been released in global theatres, and audiences are showering immense love on the film. According to reports, the film had shown an impressive start on the first day of release. Diljit Dosanjh and Hania Aamir’s film alone in Pakistan opened with a total of over Rs 3 crores at the box office, and it became the highest-grossing Punjabi film ever on the opening day. While Sardaar Ji 3 has collected over Rs 5 crores worldwide. Pakistani Cinema took to their Instagram to share the figures of the film. Hania Aamir also uploaded thank-you posts after the grand opening.
Talking about the previous sequels, Sadaar Ji and Sardaar Ji 2, both films were superhits at the box office. Sardaar Ji made a record with its release in 2015. After the success, Sardaar Ji 2 was released in 2016, and reportedly it collected over Rs 24 crores.
Sardaar Ji 3 controversy
Sardaar Ji 3 features Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, who made obscene comments on India’s successful operation, taken to avenge the death of 26 innocent lives who became the victims of a terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Hania posted stories criticizing India and calling the act cowardly. Hania’s statement has not gone well with Indians, and they are criticizing the makers for the choice of cast. Diljit Dosanjh, who is one of the producers of the film, and his team have decided not to release it in India to avoid further controversy.
