Television actress Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim recently revealed key details about her surgery. Shoaib shares how Dipika bounced back faster.
Television actress Dipika Kakar was diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer last month and got operated for the same. She was discharged from Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital after 11 days of treatment. Dipika’s husband Shoaib Ibrahim and family were seen taking care of her son Ruhaan in her absence. Taking to her Instagram handle, the Sasural Simar Ka actress shared a heartfelt note along with her first pictures from the hospital.
Dipika and Shoaib revealed that she is now free from the tumour. They thanked the doctors and the entire team who took care of Dipika in the tough times. Dipika also revealed that the tumour was successfully removed and mentioned that her treatment is still ongoing.

Shoaib Ibrahim took to his latest vlog as he decided to take his wife Dipika out for some time as she was feeling bored at home. Dipika and Shoaib looked stunning as they were seen twinning in blue-striped outfits. In the vlog, Shoaib revealed that he took permission from the doctor before taking Dipika out. Shoaib and Dipika revealed that her recovery was much faster.
In the vlog, Shoaib revealed that Dipika underwent robotic surgery. He said that Dipika’s C-section cut was opened and organs were removed. He said that doctors performed surgery and now she has 5-6 big circular stitches over her C-section stitches. He said, ‘Wo circles mein camera jake robot ne surgery perform kiya’. Dipika said that in her case, robotic surgery was available. Shoaib revealed that the recovery of Dipika was shorter due to robotic surgery.

Dipika and Shoaib with their son Ruhaan visited a mall and were seen spending quality time together. They even purchased a stroller for Saba’s baby boy Haider. Dipika started her career as an Air Hostess for three years in Mumbai. She made her TV television debut in 2010 with Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi and was later seen in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. She got a breakthrough with Sasural Simar Ka. She then participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8. She fell in love with actor Shoaib Ibrahim on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka and started dating. She participated in Nach Baliye 8 with Shoaib Ibrahim. She later won Bigg Boss 12. Dipika and Shoaib are parents to their son Ruhaan.
