Farah Khan REVEALS Dharmendra’s iconic dance in 'Deewangi Deewangi' was...; Salman Khan, SRK waited for...

Veteran actor Dharmendra is currently recovering at home after being discharged from Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital a few days ago. He’s known for his charm, warmth, and iconic screen presence that’s loved by everyone even now, Dharmendra continues to hold a special place in people’s hearts. Among his countless memorable moments, fans still fondly remember his cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s 2007 blockbuster Om Shanti Om.

One of the biggest highlights of the film was the star-studded song Deewangi Deewangi, which brought together almost the entire film industry in a single frame which was pretty iconic for a movie back in the day. Recently, director Farah Khan shared a heartwarming behind-the-scenes story from the shoot one that turned Dharmendra’s appearance into an unforgettable moment. Farah revealed that Salman Khan had finished his shot early in the morning, while Dharmendra’s cameo was scheduled for the evening. Instead of leaving, Salman chose to stay back waiting four hours inside Shah Rukh’s vanity van just so he could watch the legendary actor dance. “He wasn’t obligated to be there,” Farah said. “He was simply that excited to see Dharam ji perform.”

What happened next became Bollywood history.

When Dharmendra began dancing, Salman and Saif Ali Khan, who were standing behind the camera, spontaneously jumped into the shot. The moment was completely unplanned. Farah laughed while recalling Saif’s confused expression, saying, “If you look closely, Saif is like, ‘Kya ho raha hai?’ because none of it was choreographed.”

Dharmendra’s Health Update

Dharmendra spent several days in the hospital before being discharged on November 12. His family later shared a statement thanking fans for their love and requesting privacy as he continues to recover at home. They expressed gratitude for everyone’s prayers and well-wishes.
