Famous model and actress Sherlyn Chopra recently took to Instagram to share her experience post her breast explant surgery. The model has taken a decision to remove her silicone implants, each of which weighed 825 grams. Sherlyn has been pretty vocal about the cosmetic procedures that she has undergone in the past. The actress, in the video, urged the youth to make calculated decisions and to not get influenced by the social media trends. In the video, posted on November 15, she has also asked the young people to “protect their authenticity and realness.” She shared this update after she had opened up about going through chronic back, chest, and shoulder pain.
What did Sherlyn say in her video?
In the video posted by Sherlyn on her Instagram account, she can be heard saying, “Ye bhaari bojh mere seene se hatt chuke hai. 825 grams each. I feel as light as a butterfly. Desh ke yuva peedi se meri guzaarish hai ki social media par wrongly influence ho kar external validation paane ki chahat mein apne body ke sath koi khiulvaad na kare (These heavy burdens have been lifted from my chest. 825 grams each. I feel as light as a butterfly. My request to the youth of the country is that, by being wrongly influenced on social media, you do not, in the desire to gain external validation, play with your body in any way.”

She also said, “Aapko jo bhi karwana ho, uske pros and cons ko consider kar ke, apne family aur medical experts ke sath in-depth discussions kare. Koi jaldbaaki na kare. Bheed ka hissa bilkul na bane. Apni authenticity aur realness ki hifaazat kare (Whatever you want to get done, consider its pros and cons and have in-depth discussions with your family and medical experts. Do not rush. Do not become part of the crowd. Protect your authenticity and realness.)”

In a separate post, she also shared pictures of her implants. She captioned the post as, “Silicon free! On the road to healing and recovery. Feeling much lighter after the removal of my breast implants, which weighed 825 grams each.”
