If a new study – based on the Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty – is anything to go by, Emma Stone is the most stunning and beautiful woman in the world. Emma, who has bagged the Oscar multiple times over, has been found to be 94.72% accurate to the Golden Ratio which calculates physical perfection. Emma Stone emerged as the winner when all elements of the face were calculated for physical perfection. This was explained Dr Julian De Silva, who runs the Centre For Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in London. “She achieved top marks for her eyebrows (94.2 per cent) and high marks in all the other categories,” Dr Julian De Silva was quoted as saying by DailyMail. “She has a near perfect jawline with a score of 97 per cent and beautifully proportioned lips at 95.6 per cent. She came top because of her consistent excellence across all the Golden Ratio elements,” Dr Julian De Silva added.
According to the study, several other stars – Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Zendaya, Beyonce and Margot Robbie – have also been included. To help people understand which was the most beautiful actress, Dr De Silva had reportedly used computerised facial mapping techniques which were on the Golden Ratio. Even though Dr De Silva’s analysis found that Emma Stone is the most gorgeous woman, all ten women almost made it to the score of 100 per cent. While Dune actress, Zendaya got a score of 94.37%, Slumdog Millionaire actress, Freida Pinto scored 94.34 per cent, followed by The Crown star, Vanessa Kirby (94.31 per cent).
What is Golden Ratio?
To understand which women are the most beautiful, Dr De Silva had used Golden Ratio to finalise all names. For the unversed, the Golden Ratio refers to a mathematical equation that was created by the Greeks to measure beauty. Golden Ratio – which is applicable to almost everything – was also used by Leonardo Da Vinci for the perfect human male body that was used in his popular work, the Vitruvian Man. The idea behind the Golden Ratio is very simple – the closer the ratios of a face or body are to the number 1.618 (Phi), the more gorgeous they become. Even though Dr De Silva’s computation found that Emma Stone is the most beautiful woman, rest of the women on the list too got an almost 100 per cent score.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is often revered for being one of the most beautiful women in the world. Such has been her impact that fans still laud her grace, elegance, and timeless charm. She hasn’t just inspired many with her talent and global presence, but also her acting prowess. Jenna Ortega may have scored lowest with 88 per cent, but she was found to have the most beautiful forehead with 99.6 per cent score. ‘Zendaya scored well in almost all categories… lips (99.5 per cent), eyes (97.3 per cent), forehead (98 per cent),’ Dr De Silva was quoted as saying by DailyMail. Superstar Beyonce made it to the 10th position with a face score of 92.4 per cent.
