Incident in the evening gown round
Henry was striding down the runway with confidence in a vibrant orange gown during the evening gown segment at the Impact Arena in Pak Kret, Thailand, on Wednesday. She lost her footing on a ledge and abruptly slipped, tumbling down the stage. The audience was frightened by the fall, and numerous people leapt from their seats. As reported by The News International, Henry was transported to a facility on a stretcher accompanied by a medical team and subsequently moved to Paolo Rangsit Hospital for additional assessment. Physicians have verified that her status is stable. Fortunately, she did not experience any fractures or severe injuries. Nevertheless, her complete recovery and capacity to proceed in the pageant are still under assessment, thus she is presently being monitored. Her involvement in the Miss Universe 2025 finale, set for November 21st, is now uncertain.
