Rakhi Sawant has mocked Mallika Sherawat for posting ‘No Botox` video. It was uploaded two days after Shefali Jariwala’s untimely demise.
Actor-model Shefali Jariwala, who gained massive popularity in 2002 with the viral music video Kaanta Laga, breathed her last on June 27. Her untimely demise at 42 has left many in the entertainment industry in a state of shock. Besides featuring in Kaanta Laga, Shefali Jariwala was also seen in 2004 film Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, and popular reality TV shows including Nach Baliye 5 and Nach Baliye 7 with her actor-husband Parag Tyagi. Shefali Jariwala had also entered TV show Bigg Boss 13 house as a contestant.
Shefali – who was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was barely 15 – was rushed to Mumbai’s Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi where she was declared dead on arrival.
What led to Shefali’s death?
According to initial reports, Shefali Jariwala died after she succumbed to cardiac arrest. However, the exact cause of her demise hasn’t been confirmed yet. Going by the initial medical examination findings, Shefali’s untimely demise was “due to low blood pressure, cardiac arrest and heavy gastric condition”. Shefali’s postmortem was conducted at Cooper Hospital and recorded on video.
What did Mallika Sherawat say?
Mallika Sherawat shared her thoughts in a selfie video which she had recently dropped. “Good Morning. I just woke up and thought I will make this selfie video and share it with you all. There’s no filter I am using, there’s no makeup I’ve put on. I haven’t even brushed my hair yet,” she said.
While appealing to her fans, Mallika stressed on saying no to botox, artificial cosmetic fillers. She laid emphasis on saying yes to life, yes to a healthy way of living. The video has been lauded by many on social media users.
What did Rakhi Sawant say?
Rakhi Sawant was quick to mock Mallika Sherawat for posting this ‘No Botox’ video just 2 days after Shefali Jariwala’s untimely demise. In a video chat with India Forums, Rakhi reacted strongly to Mallika’s post. She said “Kya hai yeh? Upar se Mallika Sherawat bolti hai mei natural hu botox ki wajah se Shefali ko kuch hua hai. Kya galat hai? Hum nai jante nai? Forensic report, doctor bataenge na usko ya hua tha? Mallika Sherawat tum behte ganga mei haath mat dho. Kisi ka acha nai kar sakte toh bura bhi mat karo. Khudka face batari hai oh mei toh bahut khubsurat hu. Bheege Hoth tere, pyasa dil mera, kabhi mere saath ek raat guzar. Bahut tumne raatein guzari hai. Guzar guzar ke tum America set hoh gayi bhai. Theek hai? Tum mat bolo kisi ko.”
