Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin began in 2020. The story of the show was loved and it was a part of the top five shows on the TRP charts. For a few weeks, the show even topped the TRP charts. It has given us some iconic jodis and the stories have been beautiful. The show recently had Param Singh, Vaibhavi Hankare and Sanam Johar as Neil, Tejaswini and Ruturaj. However, the TRPs had dropped after Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj aka Savi-Rajat’s track ended.

Hence, to bring back the numbers, the makers changed the storyline and Tejaswini was shown dead. Bhavika re-entered the show as Savi. Rajat was also shown dead along with Tejaswini. Neil and Savi joined hands to find out the truth about Rajat-Tejaswini’s death. They were found dead together and hence, news reports claimed that they were having an affair. However, Neil and Savi refused to believe it.
They both searched for proofs and got to learn many new things about their partners which left them shocked. However, these new twists and turns did not help. The TRPs failed to increase as some people were not happy with the new jodi. The serial is not even in the top 20 on the TRP charts.
Hence, after trying hard, the makers decided to end the story. Yes, the show is going off-air and the actors shot for the last episode on June 29. The last episode was supposed to be shot on June 30 but as per reports, 18 scenes from the show were scrapped to end it early. The last episode will air on July 5.
Hitesh on Bhavika’s reaction to show going off-air
Recently, Hitesh Bharadwaj spoke to Telly Talk India about the show going off-air. He is not a part of the show now but has always spoken about how special is Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin for him. He shared that the show will never fade and will be remembered for years.
He also spoke about Bhavika Sharma’s reaction to the news of the show ending. The actor revealed that she was sad when he spoke to her. He also praised her work. Hitesh said, “Bhavika bahaut ache se apna kaam karti hai. Beech mein meri baat huyi thi, vo bhi badi sad thi but we have to accept reality.” This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
Well, it will be interesting to see how will the story of Savi and Neil move ahead and end now. As per reports, they will end up staying together for Sai but will remain friends.
