The show features Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) and Armaan (Rohit Purohit) who get introduced to unexpected twists. After the seven-year leap, the two live separately. Armaan stays with his daughter Maira, while Abhira stays with Dadi sa and Vidya.

In the current storyline of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan agrees to get married to Geetanjali for Pookie’s sake. On the other hand, Abhira also agrees to marry Anshuman after a tiff with Armaan. Meanwhile. Geetanjali disapproves of Maira’s closeness with Abhira and is not aware that she is her true mother.
In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Geetanjali will confront Armaan about Maira and will express concern that if Abhira learns the truth about Maira things will get complicated. On the other hand, police inform Abhira that Pookie may have passed away and she cries her heart out. Abhira will display numerous photographs of her on the wall along with Maira.
