The musical drama is now witnessing a drop in numbers. The film has surpassed the lifetime earnings of its spiritual sequel, Life In A Metro, which had earned Rs 19.05 crore. The film is facing tough competition from Aamir Khan starrer Sitaare Zameen Par which has managed to win hearts wth its unique storyline and plot. Aamir Khan’s film is holding a steady position at the box office even after the release of two Hollywood biggies: Jurassic World Rebirth and F1 The Movie. Metro In Dino is a story of four couples in a contemporary setting.

As per film industry tracker Sacnilk, the film has earned Rs 1.24 crore till 6 PM on Thursday, Day 5. The film’s total collection stands at Rs 20.49 crore. The movie collected Rs 2.9 crore in its first Tuesday in theatres and on Monday it earned Rs 2.5 crore. The overall collections stand at Rs 22.15 crore.
The film features Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, and Ali Fazal in interesting roles. The film opened to positive reviews and has been ruling hearts. The musical romantic drama is a spiritual sequel to Life in a Metro and the music has been composed by Pritam. The film has been produced by T-Series Films and Anurag Basu Productions.

Aamir Khan and Genelia D’Souza starrer Sitaare Zameen Par continues to hold a strong spot at the box office despite two Hollywood releases. The movie seems to be keeping a steady pace and is showing a positive graph. As per the latest updates, on its third Tuesday, the film earned Rs 2 crore. As per trade analyst Sacnilk’s report, Sitaare Zameen Par has witnessed a drop after the second weekend surge. On Monday, the film saw a 70% dip and earned Rs 1.35 crore. On Tuesday the movie collected Rs 1.85 crore as per early trends. The total collection stands at Rs 151.90 crore. The movie recorded an overall occupancy of 22.32%.
Directed by RS Prasanna and headlined by Aamir Khan and Genelia D’Souza, the film is a spiritual sequel to Taare Zameen Par which was released in 2007. The film showcases the struggles and strengths of neurodivergent kids in a sports drama.
