It all started with Payal Rohatgi resigning from the post of Director from Sangram Singh’s Charitable Foundation. Her cryptic note left fans wondering. However, now the couple has broken silence on divorce speculation and clarified that all is well. On July 9, Payal and Sangram Singh celebrated their third wedding anniversary. On this occasion, Payal took to her social media account to share an unseen picture with husband Sangram Singh.
Payal Rohatgi squashes divorce rumours
Payal Rohatgi shared a picture that shows her posing with Sangram and her mother Veena Rohatgi. She shared the picture with the caption, “Be at peace. God knows everything.” All of them could be seen dressed in traditional. Sangram commented on the post a few heart emoji. Sangram Singh too made a post on his third wedding anniversary and mentioned about being together for 14 years. In the picture shared by him, the couple could be seen holding hands and posing along with a few police men. It looks like the couple visited a temple on their third anniversary. He attached a lovey-dovey caption along with the post.
Sangram Singh on divorce speculations
Not just this, in an interview with entertainment news portal Etimes, Sangram Singh clarified that there is no divorce happening and that they are very much together. He shared that they have enjoyed 14 years of togetherness and will continue to do so. “There is no talk of divorce between us. We have been together for 14 years and will always be. I keep all my focus on doing good work. I do not pay attention to these talks of divorce, and I will also request her to not believe in such rumours,” he said. The wrestler further added that it was Payal’s decision to resign from his charitable foundation and he respects her decision.
In the past, there have been speculations about trouble in their paradise as a video had gone viral on social media that had Payal and Sangram Singh arguing. Allegedly, Payal accused his family of regressive thinking.
