Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will see some shocking twists ahead. Rahul Sharma has recently joined the show as Anshuman. He has now opened up about Anshuman’s story.
Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has taken a leap of seven years. Abhira and Armaan have been separated. Abhira lives with the guilt of losing her baby girl but Armaan has hidden the fact that their daughter is with him. We saw their emotional meeting after seven years. Armaan gets to know how Abhira, Vidya and Dadisa got cheated by Krish and are facing so many difficulties in life. Anshuman entered her life and fell in love. Dadisa decided to get them married and even asked Armaan to let Abhira move on. Armaan has been feeling guilty that Abhira does not know that Maira is pookie. He is engaged to Geetanjali and she asks him not to tell Abhira about Maira.
Even Dadisa asks him not to tell her and let her live her life. Dadisa tells him that she will take her own life if he reveals the truth to Abhira. This leaves Armaan heartbroken and he had to listen. Abhira got engaged to Anshuman and their wedding rituals also started.
Will Anshuman turn negative?
However, we see Abhira is still confused about marrying Anshuman but Anshuman has been very patient with her. He tells her that she can say no to the wedding but Abhira’s hate for Armaan grows and hence, she says yes for the wedding. Armaan is heartbroken as he is about to lose Abhira forever. We also saw recently in the promo of Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, how Anshuman and Armaan will get into a physical fight over Abhira.
It seemed that Anshuman has lost his patience and will now turn against Armaan-Abhira. He spoke to Telly Chakkar and was asked if Anshuman is turning negative soon. He said that the way Anshuman is written he doesn’t think he’d turn negative. He added that even if the makers decide to bring in twists, they will sit and discuss about how the character will go ahead. This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
However, from the writer’s perspective also he does not see Anshuman turning negative. The actor added, “I think the kind of nature that Anshuman has, Rahul also has the same nature and thought process. Only the amount of money that Anshuman has, Rahul don’t possess (laughs). Fun loving, emotional, down to earth kind of guy he is; so I relate to the character and thus I enjoy playing Anshuman in the show.”
