Anupamaa TV serial is one of the most entertaining shows. Starring Rupali Ganguly in the lead, the show has been among the top five on TRP chart. All the characters of the show now have their ardent fan following. Among all, characters like Vanraj Shah, Anuj Kapadia and others became various famous apart from Anupamaa. Sudhanshu Pandey used to play the role of Vanraj Shah. However, the actor marked a sudden exit from the show. His exit left everyone quite confused. Now, after months of his exit, there were reports that suggested that Ronit Roy is going to enter the show as Vanraj Shah. But are these reports true?
Ronit Roy is the new Vanraj Shah?
Well, to entertainment news portal India Forums, Ronit Roy clarified over the rumours of him joining Anupamaa as Vanraj Shah. He clarified that these reports are false. The Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actor was quoted saying “I’m not doing Anupamaa – the news is completely false, and I won’t be playing Vanraj.” The speculations went rife after Ronit Roy in his latest interview with Etimes stated that she is open to doing a long show. He, however, added that there are a few things that need to be fixed regarding television and he will be back on the small screen once that happens. While rumours of Ronit Roy’s entry into Anupamaa piqued the interest of fans, many are wondering when Gaurav Khanna will return to the show as Anuj Kapadia.
Current storyline of Anupamaa
Currently, the story of Anupamaa is about her journey in Mumbai. After the death of Aryan, Anupamaa moved to Mumbai to be away from Shahs and Kotharis. She chose to distance herself from everyone. She started a new life, however, it wasn’t as easy as it seemed. She is struggling to make ends meet. However, her past has once again returned. Her daughter Raahi has enrolled in the same competition as her. Now, there is going to be a dance face-off between mother and daughter. Anu will also come face-to-face with the Shahs and Kotharis.
